Responsável pela criação de dispositivos e inovação tecnológica, atuando junto com a equipe de manutenção com o objetivo de criar melhorias nas máquinas, assim eliminando trabalhos repetitivos e garantindo um ambiente de trabalho mais seguro com qualidade, executar toda manutenção eletrônica na área fabril.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCriar novas formas de trabalho utilizando-se da tecnologia para facilitar e eliminar o trabalho artesanal e repetitivo;Executar as manutenções nas máquinas, quando solicitada à ajuda pela equipe de manutenção. Na área de programação e componentes eletrônicos;Criar e efetuar a montagem de novos dispositivos auxiliares através de projeto de automação industrial, assim facilitando setup ou montagem de produtos;Ser capaz de desenvolver programação de máquinas, por meio de qualificação técnica em programação para maior integração homem máquina do equipamento, facilitando seu manuseio pelo operador;Conservar e manter limpo o local de trabalho e ferramentas, utilizando-se dos conceitos do Programa 5S, visando zelar pela máquina ao termino da manutenção; Zelar pela qualidade dos serviços realizados e pelo ambiente de trabalho, mantendo o espírito de equipe e bom relacionamento interpessoal;Retrofiting de equipamentos produtivos usando técnicas de automação industrial visando melhorar a eficiência do equipamento e redução de refugos;Dar apoio técnico ao treinamento operacional de máquinas modernas que envolvam na rotina de operação equipamentos com CLP, IHM visando qualificar o operador no manuseio desses equipamentos.
