O(a) Técnico(a) de Agrimensura atuará no suporte técnico às obras de infraestrutura, realizando levantamentos, medições e conferências topográficas, apoiando a interpretação e atualização de projetos, o acompanhamento da execução dos serviços e a elaboração de informações técnicas, contribuindo para a precisão das medições, a qualidade das entregas, o cumprimento dos prazos e a eficiência na execução das obras.Em sua rotina, será responsável por realizar levantamentos e conferências em campo, interpretar projetos técnicos, acompanhar revisões e atualizações, apoiar a compatibilização de informações, elaborar e conferir medições, acompanhar o avanço das frentes de serviço, prestar suporte técnico às equipes de obra e topografia, além de contribuir para a elaboração dos projetos As Built e para a organização do acervo técnico.No Grupo Real, você fará parte de uma equipe que há mais de 26 anos transforma sonhos em realidade por meio do acesso à moradia com ética e qualidade. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar levantamentos e medições topográficas em campo, utilizando equipamentos e ferramentas adequadas, para fornecer informações precisas para a execução e acompanhamento das obras;Executar locações e conferências de elementos da obra, conforme projetos e orientações técnicas, garantindo a correta implantação dos serviços;Interpretar projetos de infraestrutura, terraplenagem, drenagem, pavimentação, redes e demais disciplinas relacionadas à execução das obras;Conferir informações, medidas e quantitativos dos projetos, identificando divergências e comunicando as inconsistências à equipe responsável;Apoiar a compatibilização de informações técnicas e projetos, contribuindo para a identificação de interferências e redução de retrabalhos;Acompanhar o avanço das frentes de serviço, realizando levantamentos e registros de campo para apoiar o controle do cronograma físico da obra;Elaborar e conferir medições de serviços executados por empreiteiros e fornecedores, utilizando levantamentos de campo, projetos e controles internos;Apoiar o controle de quantitativos, consumo de materiais e serviços executados, fornecendo informações técnicas para o acompanhamento dos custos da obra;Prestar suporte técnico às equipes de engenharia, obra e topografia, disponibilizando projetos, desenhos, croquis, levantamentos e demais informações necessárias à execução dos serviços;Atualizar projetos e informações técnicas conforme alterações realizadas em campo, mantendo os registros compatíveis com a execução da obra;Apoiar a elaboração e atualização dos projetos As Built, realizando levantamentos de campo e registrando as alterações executadas;Organizar e manter atualizados os documentos, projetos, levantamentos e demais informações técnicas da obra, garantindo a rastreabilidade e facilidade de consulta;Utilizar sistemas e softwares técnicos, como AutoCAD, Civil 3D e Excel, para elaboração, atualização, análise e organização das informações;Comunicar desvios, inconsistências e necessidades de ajustes identificados durante os levantamentos e acompanhamento dos serviços.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação técnica em Agrimensura, Topografia, Engenharia de Agrimensura, Engenharia Civil ou áreas correlatas;Experiência mínima de 1 ano na área;Conhecimento em Topografia e levantamentos de campo;Conhecimento em leitura e interpretação de projetos;Conhecimento em AutoCAD;Conhecimento em Civil 3D;Conhecimento em Excel intermediário ou avançado;Desejável conhecimento em Power BI;Organização, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de trabalhar com informações técnicas e prazos.Informações adicionaisModalidade PJ;Ajuda de custo: R$ 850,00;Day Off;Incentivo à prática esportiva;Café da manhã e lanche da tarde;Target Bonus: até 1 salário;Atividade em horário comercial Segunda a Sexta.
