O Técnico de Aplicação de Produtos Sênior é responsável por conduzir atividades de validação, demonstração, treinamento e suporte técnico dos produtos da empresa em campo, atuando como elo entre clientes, revendas, assistência técnica, engenharia e áreas comerciais. Sua missão é assegurar o correto funcionamento dos produtos, identificar oportunidades de melhoria e contribuir para o desenvolvimento de soluções que atendam às necessidades do mercado.Responsabilidades e atribuições1.Validação de Produtos em CampoExecutar testes e validações de novos produtos e tecnologias em condições reais de operação.Coletar, registrar e analisar dados de desempenho, identificando oportunidades de melhoria.Elaborar relatórios técnicos contendo resultados, conclusões e recomendações.2. Suporte Técnico EspecializadoPrestar suporte técnico avançado para clientes, revendas, assistência técnica e equipes internas.Diagnosticar falhas operacionais, mecânicas e funcionais dos produtos.Apoiar a resolução de problemas complexos relacionados à aplicação dos equipamentos. 3. Demonstrações TécnicasParticipar de demonstrações de produtos em clientes, eventos e feiras.Avaliar o desempenho operacional dos equipamentos durante as demonstrações.Coletar informações e percepções dos usuários para retroalimentação das áreas internas. 4. Treinamento e CapacitaçãoMinistrar treinamentos técnicos para equipes de assistência técnica e consultores técnico-comerciais.Desenvolver materiais de apoio, apresentações, manuais e procedimentos operacionais.Apoiar programas de capacitação técnica e atualização de produtos.5. Interface com Clientes e MercadoRealizar visitas técnicas para levantamento de necessidades e acompanhamento de produtos em operação.Identificar tendências, demandas e oportunidades de melhoria junto ao mercado.Atuar como referência técnica na aplicação dos produtos. 6. Apoio ao Desenvolvimento de ProdutosFornecer feedback estruturado às equipes de Engenharia, P&D e Qualidade.Participar da avaliação de protótipos e novas soluções.Contribuir na definição de requisitos técnicos e melhorias de produto. 7. Documentação TécnicaElaborar e manter atualizados relatórios de testes, procedimentos de validação e documentação técnica.Apoiar a criação e revisão de manuais de operação, manutenção e instalação.Registrar ocorrências e lições aprendidas provenientes das atividades de campo.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação técnica em Mecânica, Mecatrônica, Eletromecânica, Automação Industrial ou áreas correlatas.Desejável graduação em andamento ou concluída em Engenharia Agronômica, Engenharia Mecânica, Zootecnia ou áreas afins.Experiência mínima de 5 anos em atividades de suporte técnico, aplicação de produtos, assistência técnica ou validação de equipamentos agrícolas.Conhecimento de máquinas, implementos e processos ligados ao setor agropecuário.Habilidade para diagnóstico e solução de problemas técnicos em campo.Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes.Conhecimento em elaboração de relatórios técnicos e condução de treinamentos.CNH categoria B.Desejável habilidade em operação de tratores agrícolasDesejável CNH categoria E.Pacote OfficeInformações adicionaisTexto descritivo da Vaga.
