Venha fazer parte de uma empresa que ama transformar com tecnologia e abraça a diversidade em todas as suas formas!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEm atuação Home Office o profissional será responsável pelo atendimento inicial aos usuários dos serviços de TI, filtrando e endereçando os chamados para os demais grupos, assim como tratando chamados elegíveis para atendimento por nossa equipe.Profissional responsável por realizar atendimento de primeiro nível aos usuários, atuando na identificação, diagnóstico e solução de incidentes e solicitações de TI. Será responsável pelo registro e acompanhamento de chamados, suporte remoto e presencial, instalação e configuração de equipamentos, sistemas e periféricos, além de apoiar demandas relacionadas a hardware, software, conectividade e infraestrutura de TI.Também deverá realizar testes e validações, acompanhar chamados escalados para outras equipes, manter os registros atualizados e contribuir para o cumprimento dos níveis de serviço e prazos estabelecidos. Busca-se profissional com experiência prévia em atendimento e suporte técnico de TI, conhecimentos básicos em Windows, Microsoft Office, hardware, software e redes, além de boa comunicação, organização e postura orientada ao atendimento ao usuário.Requisitos e qualificaçõesImprescindível:Ensino médio completo ou cursando graduação em TIExperiência prévia em atendimento e suporte técnico de TI, preferencialmente em ambientes de Service Desk, Help Desk e Field Service.Vivência com atendimento a usuários, registro e acompanhamento de chamados, diagnóstico e solução de incidentes de primeiro nível, instalação e configuração de computadores, notebooks, periféricos e sistemas.Conhecimentos básicos em sistemas operacionais Windows, pacote Microsoft Office, redes, conectividade, hardware e software, além de experiência com ferramentas de gestão de chamados.Desejável experiência com suporte remoto e presencial, escalonamento de chamados e cumprimento de procedimentos e níveis de serviço.Informações adicionaisEscala 12x36 - 7 às 19 horasDisponibilidade para ida presencial em Campos dos Goytacazes conforme a necessidade
