Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades e atribuições:🔌 Ativações de Alta Performance: Executar o processo completo de instalação, parametrização e entrega final de conexões para novos clientes, assegurando padrões rígidos de qualidade.🛠️ Suporte Técnico Especializado: Realizar atendimentos de manutenção corretiva e preventiva em campo, diagnosticando falhas complexas e restabelecendo o sinal dentro do prazo acordado (SLA).🖥️ Integração de Tecnologias: Configurar e testar equipamentos de telecomunicação e informática direto no ambiente do cliente, garantindo a perfeita navegação e estabilidade da rede.📚 Atualização Operacional: Participar ativamente de programas de capacitação e reciclagem técnica para dominar novas tecnologias e padrões da empresa.🥽 Padrão de Segurança e Ativos: Cumprir rigorosamente os protocolos de Segurança do Trabalho (NRs, uso de EPIs) e garantir a preservação de ferramentas, veículos e equipamentos corporativos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e qualificações:🎓 Escolaridade: Ensino Médio Completo ou alguma formação técnica 💻 Conhecimento Técnico: Domínio em conceitos de Telecomunicações, redes de computadores e informática básica/intermediária.🌐 Experiência Prática: Bagagem consolidada em serviços de campo, atuações em infraestrutura de telecom (fibra óptica/rádio) ou elétrica externa.🚗 Habilitação: Carteira Nacional de Habilitação (CNH categoria B ativa).🧳 Mobilidade: Disponibilidade para deslocamentos e viagens operacionais na região.🤝 Atitude: Perfil orientado à resolução de problemas, boa comunicação interpessoal e foco no cliente.Informações adicionais 📍📍 Local de atuação: Três Coroas / RS (com deslocamentos na região).⏰ Jornada de trabalho: Turno Integral (Presencial / Em campo).
