Desenvolver e legalizar projetos de edificações sob supervisão de um engenheiro civil, planejar, orçar e providenciar suprimentos para a execução de obras e serviços. Assessorar nas atividades de ensino, pesquisa e extensão. Treinar mão de obra e realizar o controle tecnológico de materiais e do solo, assim como realizar levantamentos topográficos e planialtimétricos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEfetuar levantamento planialtimétrico, elaborar desenho topográfico, desenvolver planilhas de cálculo, locar obras, conferir cotas e medidas;Coletar   dados   do   local, interpretar   projetos, elaborar   plantas   seguindo   normas   e especificações técnicas, elaborar projetos arquitetônicos, desenvolver projeto de estrutura de concreto, elaborar projetos de estrutura metálica, instalações hidros sanitárias, elétricas, telefônicas, de prevenção e combate à incêndios, de ar condicionado e cabeamento estruturado;Conferir projetos, selecionar documentos para legalização da obra, encaminhar projetos para aprovação junto aos órgãos competentes; controlar prazo de documentação; organizar arquivo técnico;Elaborar plano de ação, participar da definição de métodos e técnicas construtivas, listar máquinas, equipamentos e ferramentas, elaborar cronograma de suprimentos, racionalizar canteiro de obras, acompanhar os resultados dos serviços;Efetuar estimativa de custos, interpretar projetos e especificações técnicas, fazer visita técnica para levantamento de dados, levantar quantitativos de projetos de edificações, cotar preços de insumos e serviços, fazer composição de custos diretos e indiretos, elaborar planilha de quantidade e de custos, comparar custos, elaborar cronograma físico-financeiro;Pesquisar a existência de novas tecnologias, elaborar cronograma de compras, consultar estoque, selecionar fornecedores, fazer cotações de preços, elaborar estudo comparativo de custos, negociar prazos de entrega e condições de pagamento de produtos e serviços;Inspecionar a qualidade dos materiais e serviços, controlar o estoque e o armazenamento de materiais, seguir as instruções dos fabricantes, racionalizar o uso dos materiais, cumprir cronograma preestabelecido, conferir execução e qualidade dos serviços, fiscalizar obras, realizar medições, realizar apropriação de máquinas, equipamentos e mão-de-obra; fazer diário de obras, solucionar problemas de execução, zelar pela organização, segurança e limpeza da obra, padronizar  procedimentos;Aplicar normas técnicas, operar equipamentos de laboratório e sondagem, executar serviços de sondagem, acompanhar equipe de coleta de amostras e ensaios, coletar amostras, executar ensaios, especificar e quantificar os materiais utilizados nos ensaios, elaborar e analisar relatórios técnicos, controlar estoque dos materiais de ensaio;Realizar visita técnica para diagnóstico, verificar responsabilidade, apresentar soluções alternativas, orçar o serviço, providenciar o reparo e supervisionar a execução;Atender a todos os princípios e critérios de conduta contidos no Manual de Conformidade Administrativa - Políticas e Princípios de Integridade da SPDM;Executar as atribuições determinadas pela Instituição a respeito das práticas a serem tomadas em relação à proteção de dados pessoais - LGPD;Realizar as atividades de área/setor, seguindo as determinações do Gestor imediato e padronizações da Instituição.Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Médio Completo;Curso Técnico em Edificações completo;Registro ativo no Conselho da Classe;Experiência mínima de 6 (seis) meses na função de Técnico em Edificações;Necessário ter veículo (moto ou carro) e CNH atualizada (A ou B).
