Estamos em busca de Técnico de Enfermagem para atuar em regime de plantão em unidade de pronto atendimento, prestando assistência de enfermagem a pacientes em situações de urgência e emergência e contribuindo para um cuidado seguro e humanizado.O profissional será responsável pela execução de procedimentos técnicos de enfermagem, pelo acompanhamento dos pacientes em observação e em sala de emergência e pelos registros assistenciais, sob supervisão do enfermeiro, seguindo os protocolos institucionais, as normas do COREN e as orientações da liderança.Buscamos profissionais éticos, atentos, ágeis e comprometidos, que tenham conhecimento em técnicas de enfermagem e em urgência e emergência, equilíbrio emocional para atuar sob pressão, cuidado humanizado e disposição para trabalhar em equipe multiprofissional.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrestar assistência de enfermagem a pacientes em observação, medicação e sala de emergência.Aferir e registrar sinais vitais, glicemia capilar e demais parâmetros.Administrar medicamentos conforme prescrição, observando os protocolos de segurança.Realizar procedimentos técnicos, como punção venosa, curativos, coleta de exames, eletrocardiograma e cuidados de higiene e conforto.Auxiliar no atendimento de urgência e emergência, incluindo parada cardiorrespiratória.Preparar e acompanhar pacientes em transferências e exames.Organizar e repor materiais, conferir carrinhos de emergência e cuidar dos equipamentos.Registrar as anotações de enfermagem em prontuário e participar da passagem de plantão.Cumprir os protocolos de segurança do paciente, biossegurança e controle de infecção.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCertificado de Ensino Técnico em Enfermagem. Inscrição ativa no Conselho de Classe (COREN). Experiência mínima de 6 meses na função.Informações adicionaisSalários R$3.173,86 Insalubridade R$ 648,40Escala 12x36
