Responsabilidades e atribuições• Realizar acolhimento, identificação e conferência do paciente e dos exames solicitados.• Verificar condições de preparo para a realização dos exames.• Realizar coleta de sangue e outros materiais biológicos conforme capacitação e protocolos institucionais.• Identificar, conferir, acondicionar e encaminhar corretamente as amostras.• Realizar registros das coletas e intercorrências no sistema.• Orientar o paciente quanto aos cuidados após a coleta.• Manter a sala de coleta organizada e abastecida.• Realizar descarte adequado dos resíduos e materiais perfurocortantes.• Comunicar ao enfermeiro situações de risco, intercorrências ou inadequações das amostras.• Cumprir POPs, protocolos e normas de biossegurança.• Garantir a correta identificação e rastreabilidade das amostras.• Zelar pela segurança e conforto do paciente durante o procedimento.• Assegurar a qualidade da coleta e o correto acondicionamento dos materiais.• Manter sigilo das informações dos pacientes.• Zelar pelos materiais, equipamentos e ambiente de trabalho.• Prevenir riscos de contaminação e acidentes com perfurocortantes.• Comunicar imediatamente intercorrências ao enfermeiro responsável.• Atuar dentro dos limites de sua competência profissional e dos protocolos institucionais.
