Integrar a equipe de enfermagem, executar procedimentos e prestar assistência de enfermagem a pacientes psiquiátricos e dependentes químicos provenientes de Unidades de Internação, Observação ou Pronto Atendimento, garantir cuidados integrais, humanizados e seguros, em conformidade com as orientações técnicas do Enfermeiro responsável e com as resoluções vigentes do COREN para o cargo.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar procedimento e assistência de enfermagem ao paciente psiquiátrico/dependente químico;Realizar as medidas preventivas para os riscos identificados com base nos protocolos estabelecidos pela instituição;Realizar as anotações pertinentes aos pacientes sob sua responsabilidade garantindo a segurança e continuidade do tratamento;Prestar cuidados como: controle de sinais vitais, banho de leito e aspersão, troca de fraldas, administração de medicações, mudança de decúbito, coleta de material para exames laboratoriais, auxiliar e supervisionar os pacientes na deambulação, alimentação e autocuidado, acompanhar visitas, atender às solicitações realizadas pelos pacientes entre outras atividades, seguindo sempre normas internas e orientações;Auxiliar ou executar pelos pacientes o autocuidado negligenciado devido ao estado mental ou abstinência;Identificar precocemente sinais de agitação psicomotora, ideação suicida ou agressividade;Participar da contenção mecânica ou química, seguindo rigorosamente os protocolos éticos e técnicos, apenas quando o paciente oferece risco a si ou a terceiros;Checar as prescrições médicas e de enfermagem, colocando rubrica e carimbo;Realizar a ronda nos leitos, conforme escala;Realizar atividades e/ou grupos recreativos com os pacientes em conjunto com outros profissionais da equipe.Realizar o processo de medicação com segurança, prevenindo danos aos pacientes, conhecendo as Drogas de Alto Alerta;Realizar dupla checagem dos medicamentos de alta vigilância;Evitar gastos de materiais e medicamentos, visando o não desperdício e observar a validade dos materiais/ medicamentos;Auxiliar o enfermeiro e ou médico na realização de procedimentos invasivos, prover material para a realização destes;Realizar a movimentação e o transporte de usuários de maneira segura;Realizar arrolamento de pertences, descrevendo todos os itens do paciente, detalhando a quantidade e o local correto da alocação;Executar atividades de limpeza concorrente, sempre que necessário e no posto e/ou sala de emergência conforme programado;Realizar os cuidados baseados nas práticas de segurança do paciente e seguindo os protocolos de prevenção e os institucionais;Participar das atividades de educação permanente, quando convocado;Executar todas a ações de enfermagem; exceto as exclusivas do enfermeiro, segundo o manual de procedimentos gerais da divisão da enfermagem;Realizar passagem de plantão de forma escrita e oral para o enfermeiro a cada final de plantão.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio completo;Curso de Técnico de Enfermagem, registrado pelo MEC;COREN Ativo.
