Buscamos profissionais comprometidos, colaborativos e apaixonados por transformar vidas por meio da saúde ocular.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPreparar, organizar e manter as salas operatórias antes, durante e após os procedimentos, verificando limpeza, iluminação, temperatura, gases medicinais, equipamentos, materiais, roupas, descartáveis e instrumentais necessários para cada cirurgia. Conferir a integridade dos materiais estéreis, graus cirúrgicos e indicadores químicos, além de testar equipamentos específicos da oftalmologia, como microscópio cirúrgico, facoemulsificador, vitreófago e demais aparelhos utilizados nos procedimentos.Recepcionar e preparar o paciente para a cirurgia, conferindo identificação, procedimento, documentação e lateralidade do olho a ser operado, conforme protocolo de cirurgia segura. Administrar colírios prescritos, auxiliar no posicionamento do paciente na maca cirúrgica, instalar monitorização básica e apoiar transferências com segurança, conforto e preservação dos dispositivos assistenciais.Apoiar a equipe médica, anestésica e de enfermagem durante os procedimentos, realizando abertura de materiais estéreis com técnica asséptica, auxiliando na paramentação, atendendo às solicitações da equipe e apoiando a indução ou reversão anestésica quando aplicável. Auxiliar na configuração de equipamentos oftalmológicos, posicionamento inicial do microscópio e abertura de insumos adicionais solicitados durante a cirurgia.Realizar dupla checagem de materiais críticos, especialmente lentes intraoculares, conferindo modelo, grau, lote e demais informações antes da abertura e entrega ao cirurgião. Controlar materiais utilizados no procedimento, como compressas, gazes, instrumentais, medicações e itens rastreáveis, contribuindo para a segurança do paciente e a rastreabilidade do ato cirúrgico.Auxiliar no pós-operatório imediato, realizando cuidados como limpeza delicada da face do paciente, apoio ao curativo ocular e encaminhamento seguro para a sala de recuperação pós-anestésica, quarto, enfermaria ou unidade de origem. Admitir e assistir pacientes na RPA/SRPA, conforme orientação do enfermeiro, monitorando necessidades assistenciais, sinais clínicos e possíveis intercorrências.Registrar em prontuário as informações assistenciais pertinentes, incluindo materiais utilizados, medicações administradas, horários do procedimento, intercorrências, lote de lentes intraoculares e demais dados exigidos pela rotina institucional. Manusear, conferir, higienizar e organizar equipamentos e materiais utilizados na sala operatória e na recuperação pós-anestésica.Encaminhar peças, exames, materiais e solicitações conforme fluxos institucionais, garantindo identificação adequada e comunicação com os responsáveis. Realizar o descarte seguro de perfurocortantes, separar instrumentais delicados de oftalmologia e encaminhá-los para processamento na CME, além de acionar a higienização concorrente ou terminal da sala conforme rotina do setor.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCurso técnico de enfermagem completo e coren ativo.Informações adicionaisSalário:  R$ 3.551,55
