Prestar assistência de enfermagem aos pacientes, garantindo cuidado, segurança e conforto durante o atendimento. Realizar a administração de medicamentos conforme prescrição médica, verificar e monitorar sinais vitais, registrar informações e evoluções em prontuário e comunicar alterações no estado clínico à equipe responsável.Auxiliar enfermeiros e médicos na realização de procedimentos, preparar e organizar materiais e equipamentos necessários para o atendimento, além de contribuir para a manutenção da organização e higiene do ambiente de trabalho.Atuar em diferentes setores da unidade de saúde, como enfermarias, alojamento conjunto, pediatria, sala de parto e demais áreas assistenciais, conforme escala de trabalho, seguindo normas, rotinas e protocolos de segurança e qualidade na assistência.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrestar assistência direta aos pacientes, garantindo cuidados básicos de enfermagem, conforto e segurança.Administrar medicamentos conforme prescrição médica e orientações da equipe de enfermagem.Verificar, monitorar e registrar sinais vitais e demais informações no prontuário do paciente.Auxiliar enfermeiros e médicos na realização de procedimentos e atendimentos.Preparar e organizar materiais, equipamentos e ambientes para a execução de procedimentos.Realizar cuidados de higiene, alimentação e mobilização dos pacientes quando necessário.Acompanhar a evolução do paciente e comunicar à equipe qualquer alteração no estado de saúde.Manter a organização do setor, zelando pelos materiais e equipamentos utilizados.Seguir normas, rotinas e protocolos de segurança, biossegurança e qualidade da assistência.Atuar em diferentes setores da unidade de saúde conforme escala de trabalho.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCertificado de Ensino Técnico em Enfermagem.Inscrição ativa no Conselho de Classe (COREN).Experiência mínima de 6 meses na função. Informações adicionaisSalário: R$ 1.800,00Piso Salarial da EnfermagemInsalubridade: R$ 324,20Alimentação em refeitório;Vale-transporte (opcional);Escala: 12x36
