É responsável por prestar assistência direta, realizando procedimentos de enfermagem, atendimentos aos clientes, auxílio na higiene e conforto dos pacientes, além de colaborar na organização e manutenção de equipamentos e materiais.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrestar cuidados diretos ao paciente, incluindo higiene, alimentação, administração de medicamentos e realização de procedimentos técnicos.Monitorar e registrar sinais vitais, reportando variações aos enfermeiros responsáveis. Administrar medicamentos de acordo com as prescrições médicas, seguindo protocolos e garantindo a segurança do paciente.Auxiliar médicos e enfermeiros em procedimentos médicos, cirúrgicos e de diagnóstico, preparando materiais e equipamentos necessários. Manter registros precisos e atualizados das condições dos pacientes, procedimentos realizados, administração de medicamentos, lançamentos de materiais e medicamentos utilizados, conforme legislação pertinente. Fornecer orientações e educação em saúde aos pacientes e seus familiares sobre cuidados e procedimentos realizados. Responder prontamente a situações de emergência, aplicando técnicas de suporte básico de vida. Seguir rigorosamente as normas, protocolos e regulamentos da instituição de saúde, garantindo a conformidade com as práticas éticas e padrões de qualidade.Conhecer e praticar os procedimentos de limpeza e desinfecção, controle de infecção e resíduos. Realizar a admissão, transporte, altas e preparo de óbitos. Observar e seguir rigorosamente as normas de segurança no trabalho, utilizando os EPIs (Equipamentos de Proteção Individual) adequados. Realizar separação e descarte adequado de resíduos, seguindo as normas e procedimentos estabelecidos. Auxiliar no controle de estoque de materiais e medicamentos e realizar pedidos reposição de estoque, conforme rotina padronizada. Realizar a limpeza dos equipamentos conforme as especificações dos fabricantes e auxiliar no acompanhamento de manutenções dos equipamentos. Acompanhar validade de medicações. Auxiliar farmacêutica na lavagem de materiais. Requisitos e qualificaçõesCoren Ativo. Procedimentos operacionais padrão de Enfermagem. Conhecer e praticar as definições do Manual de procedimentos de higienização e limpeza em controle de infecção e resíduos. Rotina de administração de medicamentos, validades e estabilidade. Controle de Infecção Hospitalar e normas de biossegurança. Desejável: Examens diagnósticos (EEG, ECG, Mapa, Holter, Espirometria, Audiometria, Ergometria).Domínio dos sistemas de gestão utilizados pela organização.
