Há 89 anos, a Fundação José Silveira mantém o olhar voltado para o futuro, reinventando suas práticas em um mundo imprevisível, sem perder de vista suas raízes sólidas naquilo que é a origem do propósito: cuidar da saúde e melhorar a qualidade de vida das pessoas.Com isso, buscamos pessoas conectadas ao novo que venham contribuir com o constante crescimento e a perpetuação do nosso legado.Junte-se ao nosso propósito!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesParticipar da passagem de turno de trabalho no início e final do expediente, para que sejam passadas as informações sobre cada paciente, as ocorrências dignas de registro ocorridas e as orientações e serviços em andamentos relacionados com o turno que se inicia;Auxiliar as enfermeiras e os médicos de plantão;Assistir/acompanhar o paciente na sua fase de tratamento/recuperação segundo plano de cuidados e procedimentos de enfermagem estabelecidos, efetuando os registros em seu prontuário que se fizerem necessários, segundo orientação estabelecida;Ministrar as medicações prescritas a cada paciente, segundo frequência e horários, dosagem e via de aplicação definidas em prontuário, e fazer os registros correspondentes;Avaliar os sinais do paciente segundo procedimentos básicos definidos e orientações específicas indicadas, fazendo os correspondentes registros em prontuário, comunicando imediatamente à Enfermeira sempre que observar alterações significativas;Informar ao Enfermeiro ou o Médico plantonista as intercorrências e/ou alterações no quadro do paciente;Prestar cuidados de Enfermagem, trocando roupa de cama, realizando higiene corporal, oral e íntima e outros procedimentos técnicos, quando necessário.Requisitos e qualificaçõesVocê precisa ter:Curso Técnico de enfermagem completo;COREN ativo;Experiência na área hospitalar;Disponibilidade para atuar como plantonista - 12x36 (escala mista);Residir em Ipiaú e/ou regiões próximas.
