Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAgenda médica: realizar a marcação de exames ocupacionais, incluindo admissional, demissional, retorno ao trabalho e periódico;Atestados médicos: receber, conferir e realizar o lançamento dos atestados médicos no sistema;eSocial: realizar o lançamento de informações relacionadas à saúde ocupacional no sistema eSocial;Atendimento administrativo: realizar atendimento telefônico, recepção e atendimento via e-mail, esclarecendo dúvidas administrativas relacionadas a atestados, documentação necessária, entre outros assuntos;Organização de prontuários e sistemas: organizar arquivos e prontuários, realizar lançamentos no sistema Nexus e manter atualizados os controles de atendimentos de enfermagem e médicos, atestados e demais registros;Atendimento ambulatorial e de urgência/emergência: realizar triagem, atendimento de enfermagem e aplicação das prescrições médicas, bem como encaminhar os funcionários conforme os procedimentos estabelecidos, incluindo retorno ao trabalho, encaminhamento hospitalar, atendimento médico e acompanhamento durante remoções.
