Buscamos um(a) Técnico(a) de Enfermagem para atuar na análise de Declarações de Saúde realizando entrevistas por videoconferência com futuros clientes para validar informações, contribuindo diretamente para a transparência e segurança no processo de contratação dos planos.Se você possui boa comunicação, é organizado(a), atento(a) aos detalhes, mantém postura ética, atua com resiliência diante de desafios e valoriza ambientes colaborativos e humanizados, essa oportunidade foi feita para você!Responsabilidades e atribuições Nesta posição você será responsável por:Atuação sob supervisão técnica do enfermeiro responsável, garantindo a conformidade com os protocolos clínicos e regulatórios estabelecidos;Análise criteriosa de contratos e histórico de saúde dos interessados, com foco na identificação de condições preexistentes e possíveis riscos assistenciais;Realização de entrevistas por videoconferência com futuros beneficiários, com o objetivo de esclarecer e ajustar informações da Declaração de Saúde, orientar sobre a aplicação da Cobertura Parcial Temporária (CPT) conforme diretrizes da ANS e promover a transparência e a segurança na formalização do contrato de plano de saúde.Requisitos e qualificações Experiências desejadas:Ensino Técnico em Enfermagem completo.Registro ativo no COREN.Vivência anterior na área assistencial, saúde suplementar, telemedicina, ou processos de anamnese clínica.Conhecimento em análise de Declaração de Saúde e identificação de Doenças ou Lesões Preexistentes (DLP).Familiaridade com normativas da ANS relacionadas à Cobertura Parcial Temporária (CPT).Conhecimento básico de informática e facilidade com sistemas de gestão de saúde.Diferenciais:Experiência em operadoras, administradoras de benefícios ou empresas do segmento de saúde suplementar;Vivência com telemedicina, teletriagem ou auditoria de saúde;Conhecimento em regulamentações da ANS e processos de elegibilidade para planos de saúde ;Experiência com análise documental e validação de informações cadastrais e clínicas ;Atuação prévia em empresas de grande porte e atendimento remoto ao cliente ;Habilidades e comportamentos que fazem a diferença:Comunicação clara e empática;Escuta ativa;Senso crítico e analítico;Organização e atenção aos detalhes;Ética e sigilo profissional;Relacionamento interpessoal e trabalho em equipe.
