Prestar assistência de enfermagem aos pacientes, seguindo diretrizes alinhadas à Gerência de Enfermagem e estratégias organizacionais, sob orientação e supervisão do enfermeiro da unidade.Responsabilidades e atribuições· Receber, passar plantão e comunicar o enfermeiro qualquer intercorrência nos procedimentos realizados com os pacientes, registrando em prontuário garantindo a qualidade na assistência e satisfação do cliente;· Prestar cuidado integral, através de procedimentos específicos, protocolos e rotinas estabelecidas pelas equipes médicas e de enfermagem, utilizar EPI’s em todas as situações de risco ocupacional, registrar o cuidado prestado no prontuário eletrônico, bem como realizar demais atividades conforme a lei do exercício profissional;· Administrar e checar as medicações conforme prescrição médica, aplicando metodologia especifica, contribuindo para o tratamento do paciente quanto à administração da terapêutica prescrita;· Participar da admissão e alta dos pacientes, contribuindo para o gerenciamento de leitos;· Participar do transporte de paciente entre unidades;· Orientar paciente/família quanto aos riscos assistenciais e as medidas preventivas, cumprindo com as estratégias definidas relacionadas às condições do paciente;· Manter a unidade de trabalho organizada, realizando limpeza concorrente a cada período, realizando o descarte de materiais e resíduos oriundos da assistência de forma adequada;· Atuar em projetos institucionais alinhados as ações de melhoria contínua dos processos (redução de custos, certificações da qualidade, protocolos institucionais);· Assegurar assistência de Enfermagem de acordo com as metas de Segurança preconizadas pela Instituição;· Participar do remanejamento entre unidades quando necessário e cumprir as demais rotinas estabelecidas pelo setor de atuação;· Conferir, registrar, preparar e manter organizado os materiais e equipamentos da unidade de atuação, conforme as rotinas definidas;· Prestar suporte em atividades de cunho administrativo do setor, efetuando atendimento telefônico, mantendo o prontuário organizado.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação Completa em Técnico de Enfermagem;Coren Ativo; Diferencial: experiência na área preferencialmente em unidade de internação/clínica médica;Bom relacionamento interpessoal;Capacidade de resolução de problemas.Compromisso com a segurança do paciente.Conhecimentos técnicos compatíveis com a área de atuação.
