Se você quer trabalhar com propósito e fazer a diferença na vida das pessoas, seu lugar pode ser aqui.Somos uma rede que acredita no cuidado humanizado, na força do trabalho em equipe e no desenvolvimento contínuo de seus profissionais.Estamos em busca de profissionais para atuar na área/posição de Técnico de Enfermagem | UTI Adulto | São Vicente, contribuindo para um atendimento seguro, humanizado e alinhado às melhores práticas.Aqui, você fará parte de um time comprometido com a qualidade do cuidado e a experiência do paciente, atuando de forma colaborativa e com foco contínuo em excelência.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrestar assistência integral, humanizada e segura ao paciente crítico, contribuindo para sua adaptação ao ambiente hospitalar e oferecendo acolhimento aos familiares.Realizar procedimentos assistenciais, tais como: Monitorização de sinais vitais, higiene e mobilização, coleta de exames, punção venosa periférica, administração de medicamentos e infusões, cuidados com sondas e dispositivos invasivos, aspiração de vias aéreas, apoio à ventilação mecânica, controle de balanço hídrico, e suporte a emergências e procedimentos à beira leito.Manusear equipamentos da UTI, tais como: monitores multiparamétricos, bombas de infusão, dispositivos de oxigenoterapia, desfibrilador, bombas de dieta enteral, compressor pneumático, eletrocardiógrafo e demais equipamentos utilizados no cuidado ao paciente crítico.Utilizar os equipamentos de forma correta, assegurando higienização adequada, além de comunicar prontamente falhas à Engenharia Clínica por meio de notificações e chamados.Auxiliar o enfermeiro no atendimento às necessidades clínicas do paciente, respondendo prontamente a alterações de sinais vitais e intercorrências.Realizar a identificação segura do paciente e a conferência precisa de medicamentos e soluções, aplicando protocolos de segurança institucional e contribuindo para a prevenção de riscos, incluindo quedas e lesão por pressão.Acompanhar permanentemente os parâmetros monitorizados, garantindo detecção precoce de alterações e acionamento oportuno da equipe.Identificar eventos adversos, incidentes, riscos e não conformidades assistenciais, adotando medidas imediatas, registrando adequadamente e notificando conforme fluxos institucionais.Realizar registros completos e claros no prontuário eletrônico, assegurando rastreabilidade de todos os cuidados prestados.Realizar passagem de plantão estruturada, utilizando técnicas de comunicação seguras (SBAR) assegurando continuidade da assistência entre turnos e durante o transporte de pacientes.Participar ativamente de treinamentos, simulações, atualizações e atividades de educação continuada, mantendo-se atualizado técnica e profissionalmente.Seguir protocolos de prevenção de infecção na UTI, incluindo higiene das mãos, uso correto de EPIs, cuidados com cateteres e dispositivosSeguir as normas de biossegurança, ética, sigilo e conduta institucional, prevenindo riscos ocupacionais, garantindo ambiente seguro e assegurando o descarte correto de resíduos hospitalares. Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Técnico em Enfermagem completo;Conselho Regional de Enfermagem Ativo;Informações adicionaisAtuação na Unidade São Vicente (Gávea).Escala 12x36 (Diurna 7h às 19h);Oferecemos treinamento inicial em horário diarista sex a sex (7h às 15:30) — é importante ter disponibilidade para essa etapa durante os primeiros 30 dias.Aqui você encontra um pacote de benefícios pensado para o seu bem-estar e desenvolvimento:🏥 Assistência médica (extensivo a dependentes);😁 Assistência odontológica (extensivo a dependentes);🍽️ Refeitório no local (de acordo com a unidade);🎯 Clube de Parcerias Rede D'Or (descontos e vantagens exclusivas);🛡️ Seguro de vida;🤝 Convênios com empresas parceiras;📚 Acesso aos treinamentos da Academia Rede D'Or (desenvolvimento contínuo);💰 Bônus por resultados (conforme atingimento e elegibilidade).
