Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesColaborar com as equipes de engenharia industrial para desenvolver e aprimorar procedimentos, operações e instruções de montagem.Acompanhar a introdução de novos produtos com cronoanálise, criação de documentos como instruções de trabalho e procedimentos.Realizar análises de processos para identificar melhorias e planejar ações corretivas, preventivas e de melhoria.Configurar, monitorar e otimizar parâmetros de máquinas de solda e desenvolver dispositivos e ferramentas para operações de montagem.Realizar testes e inspeções de qualidade em componentes para garantir que os produtos atendam às especificações.Desenvolver treinamentos e oferecer suporte técnico aos operadores e colegas de equipe.Coletar e analisar dados de produção para avaliar o desempenho e a eficiência dos processos.Promover a redução de desperdícios, retrabalho, sucata e tempos de setup.Analisar indicadores industriais (OEE, FPY, Yield, Scrap, Produtividade) e implementar ações para melhoria dos resultados.Participar de projetos de melhoria contínua e implementar práticas de lean manufacturing.Cumprir rigorosamente os padrões de segurança e qualidade estabelecidos.Criar fluxogramas, procedimentos e orientações de processo.Realizar análises de tempo e movimento para otimização.Avaliar e definir a correta montagem de componentes nos produtos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação técnica em eletrônica, mecânica, mecatrônica ou área relacionada.Experiência prévia na aplicação de técnicas de análise de indicadores e melhoria contínua de processos de manufatura.Habilidade para interpretar desenhos e especificações técnicas.Experiência prévia com ferramentas de análise de processos e solução de problemas, como A3, 8D, MASP, PDCA.Conhecimento aplicado em geração de informações utilizando Excel (tabelas dinâmicas e fórmulas).Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe, com comunicação assertiva.Consciência rigorosa em relação a padrões de qualidade e segurança.Disposição para aprender e se adaptar a novas tecnologias e métodos de produção.

Informações adicionaisExperiência prévia em montagem de produtos eletrônicos.Conhecimento de operação/suporte de equipamentos Montagem SMT ou PTH.Conhecimento dos requisitos de aceitabilidade de soldabilidade conforme o IPC 610.Certificações IPC-A-610, IPC-7525, IPC-7711/7721 ou IPC CIDGraduação em andamento em Engenharia de produção ou área relacionada.Conhecimento aplicado em VBA, Power BI, Python ou Sketchup.Experiência na condução de projetos de melhoria contínua.
