Responsável por realizar todas as atividades inerentes aos processos da assistência farmacêutica na farmácia da quimioterapia e satélite se necessário, responsabilizando pela manipulação de medicamentos suporte, movimentação do estoque e a dispensação de materiais e medicamentos, zelando pelo correto registro das movimentações no sistema, organização e controle do estoque.Horário de trabalho: Segunda a Sexta-Feira 7:00 às 16:48.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSeguir orientações de proteção contra o risco ocupacional; Utilizar de equipamentos de proteção individual (EPI) em conformidade com as orientações do procedimento sistêmico;Manipular medicamentos de suporte( pré-QT);Verificar o funcionamento correto da Cabine de Fluxo Laminar Classe II B2, da geladeira e do ar-condicionado da farmácia da quimioterapia;Seguir as normas estabelecidas pelo plano de fuga e pelo sistema de prevenção de riscos ocupacionais juntamente com o SESMT e a CIPA; Cumprir todas as rotinas da farmácia conforme as instruções de trabalho e procedimentos sistêmicos estabelecidos para o cargo;Executar o processamento de saída e devolução de medicamentos e materiais via sistema MV;Executar a montagem e dispensação de kits via sistema MV conforme instrução de trabalho;Executar todas as rotinas estabelecidas em escala de tarefas mensal;Executar a rotina de conferência e reposição do carrinho de emergência conforme procedimento sistêmico da atividade;Participar de inventário;Realizar os inventários rotativos de acordo com a demanda informada pela supervisão;Proceder com o descarte correto de material reciclável;Proceder com o descarte correto de materiais e medicamentos;Manter sigilo por toda e quaisquer informações que estejam relacionadas aos pacientes;Receber prescrição médica / enfermagem e/ou solicitação de enfermagem e proceder com separação, cobrança e dispensação dos itens solicitados;Receber, conferir e armazenar materiais e medicamentos transferidos do centro de distribuição;Alertar a supervisão sobre consumo de material e medicamento acima da média usual e sobre o final do estoque de determinado material ou medicamento;Realizar conferência mensal dos carrinhos de parada para conferência das validades;Preencher corretamente os registros (Controle de registro de temperatura, escala de atividades); Promover a organização do setor (Limpeza e Organização das prateleiras, bancadas, gavetas e posto de trabalho);Repor estoque das bancadas de trabalho e prateleiras diariamente;Entregar documentos protocolados;Buscar divergência do estoque baseado nos relatórios de dispensação de medicamentos;Ler e registrar temperatura ambiente e da geladeira; informar desvio de temperatura sempre que ocorrer;Realizar conferências das validades de acordo com IT FAR HL 013; Realizar dupla checagem dos medicamentos Potencialmente Perigosos;Conferir estoque de medicamentos controlados pela portaria 344/98;Utilizar-se dos planos de contingência sempre que necessário; Executar outras atividades correlatas, quando solicitado.Requisitos e qualificaçõesTransporte: Vale-Transporte;Bem-estar: plano médico e odontológico Unimed, parceria Sesc (clubes, pousadas e descontos), convênio Droga Clara;Soluções Financeiras: empréstimo consignado do Sicoob;Educação: descontos e bolsas exclusivas na Faculdade Anhanguera;Reconhecimento: prêmio retorno de férias;Alimentação: Vale-Refeição/Vale-Alimentação no valor de R$ 30,00 por dia trabalhado;Informações adicionaisREQUISITOS TÉCNICOS OBRIGATÓRIOS:Ensino médio completo;Curso Técnico em Farmácia.Conhecimento em Informática.REQUISITOS TÉCNICOS DESEJÁVEIS:Experiência na área de atuação;Ensino superior em farmácia em andamento.
