É estar atento ao que encanta, acolher com carinho e criar momentos que ficam na memória.Se você é apaixonado(a) por criar momentos únicos, tem brilho nos olhos e vontade de ir além...📍 Seu lugar é aqui! 🙌 ✨#VemDarShow 🤎Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO que você vai fazer por aqui:Prestar suporte técnico aos usuários das áreas administrativas e operacionais do resort;Instalar, configurar e realizar manutenção de computadores, notebooks, impressoras e periféricos;Atender chamados relacionados a hardware, software, sistemas, acessos e conectividade;Diagnosticar e solucionar problemas de rede cabeada, Wi-Fi e internet;Apoiar a instalação, configuração e manutenção de equipamentos e pontos de rede;Configurar usuários, e-mails, senhas e acessos aos sistemas corporativos;Prestar suporte aos sistemas utilizados na operação de Recepção, Reservas, A&B, Eventos, Governança e áreas administrativas;Apoiar o funcionamento de PDVs, impressoras, terminais e equipamentos de tecnologia utilizados nos pontos de atendimento;Realizar manutenção preventiva e corretiva dos equipamentos de informática;Instalar e atualizar sistemas operacionais, aplicativos e softwares autorizados;Apoiar no controle de inventário e movimentação dos ativos de TI;Organizar equipamentos, peças, periféricos e materiais da área;Registrar e acompanhar chamados e ocorrências técnicas;Acionar e acompanhar fornecedores quando houver necessidade de suporte especializado;Apoiar a resolução de incidentes críticos que possam comprometer a operação ou experiência dos hóspedes;Cumprir os procedimentos internos de segurança da informação e tecnologia.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que esperamos de você:Curso Técnico completo ou cursando em Informática, Redes de Computadores, Suporte de TI ou áreas relacionadas;Experiência com suporte técnico e atendimento a usuários;Conhecimentos em manutenção e configuração de computadores, notebooks e periféricos;Conhecimentos em Windows e Microsoft 365;Conhecimentos básicos de redes TCP/IP, Wi-Fi e cabeamento estruturado;Conhecimento em instalação e configuração de impressoras;Conhecimento em diagnóstico de problemas de hardware e software;Boa comunicação e facilidade para atender usuários;Organização, agilidade, proatividade e capacidade de resolução de problemas;Desejável experiência em hotéis, resorts, varejo, hospitais ou ambientes com operação contínua;Diferencial: conhecimento em sistemas hoteleiros (PMS), PDV, CFTV, telefonia e controle de acesso;Diferencial: conhecimentos em Active Directory, Microsoft 365, redes e infraestrutura de TI.
