Nesta oportunidade os desafios são o suporte ao usuário final e VIP's, elaboração e execução de processos e projetos pequenos. No dia a dia a pessoa técnica terá o apoio das equipes de níveis avançados e do gestor para auxiliar nas demandas de maior complexidade ou em casos de dúvidas. Atividades que farão parte do seu dia a dia:Rotinas de laboratório e equipamentosReceber equipamentos encaminhados pelos técnicos de campo, garantindo a abertura do chamado de entrada no laboratório;Realizar o controle de entrada, movimentação e retirada de equipamentos e periféricos;Manter os registros dos equipamentos em manutenção devidamente atualizados no Movidesk;Garantir a realização de backup dos equipamentos que passarem pelo laboratório e o armazenamento dessas cópias pelo período mínimo de 3 meses;Preparar, configurar e disponibilizar equipamentos para novos colaboradores da Penso Tecnologia;Realizar manutenção de hardware em notebooks e equipamentos da Penso;Garantir a limpeza, conservação e organização dos equipamentos e do laboratório;Controlar equipamentos e acessórios, como teclados, mouses, cases e demais periféricos.Suporte técnicoPrestar suporte técnico presencial e remoto aos colaboradores;Atender usuários finais e VIPs, garantindo uma experiência de atendimento de qualidade;Identificar, diagnosticar e solucionar problemas relacionados a hardware e equipamentos;Acionar as equipes de níveis avançados quando necessário, realizando o devido acompanhamento das demandas;Proteger os dados dos clientes e da empresa, seguindo os procedimentos de segurança e boas práticas estabelecidos.Gestão de chamados e atendimentoGarantir que cada equipamento tenha seu respectivo chamado registrado no Movidesk;Acompanhar os prazos de atendimento e entrega dos equipamentos;Garantir a devolução dos equipamentos dentro do prazo estabelecido de até 3 dias úteis, não considerando o dia da retirada;Manter o cliente informado sobre o andamento e os prazos relacionados aos equipamentos;Realizar contato com fornecedores e parceiros quando necessário;Realizar cotações de equipamentos e periféricos básicos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que esperamos que você traga de bagagem?Graduação, curso técnico ou tecnólogo cursando, ou completo em áreas relacionadas a T.I;Experiência prévia com suporte ao usuário final e VIP, de forma presencial e help desk;Elaboração e controle de documentações de T.I;Possua conhecimentos técnicos em rotinas relacionadas a hardware (ex: limpeza, troca de placas, memória);Que conheça conceitos de infraestrutura e backup;Utilização/Conhecimento em ferramentas de imagemOrganização (MUITO importante)Comunicação fluída, pois vai se relacionar com todas as pessoas da Penso, incluindo diretoriaSenso de donoInformações adicionaisDiferencial curso de especialização técnica em suporte e manutenção de computadores.
