·       Analisar o fluxo de embalagens e identificar desvios que possam impactar o abastecimento da produção. ·       Acompanhar indicadores de disponibilidade, movimentação, perdas, avarias e utilização de embalagens. ·       Realizar análises de estoque físico e sistêmico, identificando divergências e suas possíveis causas. ·       Elaborar controles e relatórios para acompanhamento da operação. ·       Analisar ocorrências relacionadas à falta, excesso, atraso ou movimentação inadequada de embalagens. ·       Propor ações corretivas e melhorias nos processos logísticos. ·       Apoiar estudos de dimensionamento de embalagens e necessidades operacionais. ·       Acompanhar a implantação de novos fluxos, embalagens ou dispositivos logísticos. ·       Apoiar a definição e revisão de rotas de movimentação de embalagens. ·       Realizar interface com Produção, PCP, Almoxarifado, Qualidade, Engenharia e demais áreas envolvidas. ·       Acompanhar planos de ação e verificar a efetividade das ações implementadas. ·       Apoiar a elaboração e atualização de procedimentos operacionais. ·       Orientar tecnicamente a equipe operacional quanto aos processos e padrões definidos. ·       Participar de reuniões de análise de problemas e melhoria contínua.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Ensino Médio completo. Curso técnico em Logística, Administração ou áreas correlatas. Experiência em processos logísticos, preferencialmente em ambiente industrial ou automotivo. Conhecimento intermediário de Excel. Conhecimento de sistemas ERP/WMS será considerado diferencial. Conhecimento de indicadores logísticos e ferramentas de melhoria contínua.
