Estamos ansiosos para te conhecer!Venha fazer parte de uma empresa que valoriza a excelência, a inovação, e conduz a um futuro mais inteligente!A ZILIA Technologies acredita na importância da diversidade e nossas vagas estão abertas a pessoas com deficiência (PcD).Região de Atuação: Atibaia/SPHorário de Trabalho: 14h00 às 22h20 Regime de Trabalho: PresencialColaboradores internos interessados nesta oportunidade devem manifestar seu interesse diretamente ao setor de Recursos Humanos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar manutenção corretiva, preventiva, preditiva e setup nos equipamentos da produção e dispositivos auxiliares, assegurando o seu bom desempenho e a qualidade do produto; Realizar instalação de equipamentos e dispositivos que auxiliam a produção, assegurando o funcionamento correto dentro dos padrões estabelecidos; Contatar fornecedores e fabricantes dos equipamentos sempre que necessário, para requisitar suporte nas resoluções de problemas críticos e solicitações de melhorias; Solicitar aquisição de peças de reposição quando necessário; Apontar as ordens de serviços da manutenção, assegurando os registros das ações e veracidade das informações; Realizar suporte à produção, orientando os colaboradores em questões operacionais; Realizar suporte à engenharia de processo e NPI nas melhorias de yield e introdução de novos produtos; Realizar ações de melhoria de produtividade e redução de custo; Realizar ações para melhoria dos índices da manutenção; Elaborar procedimentos técnicos, assegurando a padronização nos serviços da manutenção; Realizar suporte aos auxiliares e técnicos de manutenção menos experientes, atuando nos problemas mais graves e análise mais detalhadas de falhas repetitivas, definindo causas e ações; Realizar treinamentos técnicos e operacionais sempre que solicitado pela gestão.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação técnica completa em Mecatrônica, Eletrônica, Mecânica, Elétrica, Automação e áreas correlatas; Conhecimentos em informática básica; Desejável conhecimentos em ferramentas de análises de problemas (Ishikawa, 5W2H, 8D etc); Desejável certificação NR-10; Desejável inglês básico; Disponibilidade para atuação no Turno B.
