Que tal unir-se ao nosso time?  Estamos buscando uma posição de Técnico de Manutenção que irá atuar junto de nossa área operacional. Descubra mais sobre as características dessa posição abaixo e boa sorte!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesProfissional artífice, generalista, para atuar como Oficial de manutenção predial de uma escola de grande porte, com as seguintes atividades:Realizar rondas diárias para inspecionar e detectar preventivamente correções nas estruturas prediais;Planejar recursos (materiais, peças) junto ao Supervisor de Manutenção e Facilities para realizar manutenções Corretivas;Realizar manutenções corretivas prediais gerais de baixa complexidade (hidráulica, elétrica, civil);Realizar pintura de reparos e de média escala;Realizar manutenções e ajustes em mobiliários;Realizar manutenções corretivas em estruturas prediais, tais como portas, portões, corrimão, torneiras, interruptores, lâmpadas etc...Apoiar a área de eventos com a organização de ambientes, mobilização de mobiliários e monitoramento do funcionamento do sistema elétrico e de ar-condicionado;Zelar pela organização da escola, identificando locais com armazenamento inadequado de materiais e ausência de limpeza no campus;Disponibilidade para atuar 5x2 de Terça a Sábado, sendo das de Terça à Sexta, das 12h:30min. às 21h:30min. e sábado das 8h às 17h.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPerfilFlexível;Proativo;Bom relacionamento;Planejador e executante.Requisitos Possuir 2 anos de experiência na área;Desejável cursos profissionalizante.Informações adicionaisAssistência Médica: Bradesco Top Nacional - mensalidade paga 100% pela empresa para o titular.Assistência Odontológica: Plano Odontoprev - ContributivoVale Alimentação: Cartão Ticket – R$ 150,00 mensais (valor reajustado anualmente).PLR: percentual definido em acordo coletivo do trabalho (parcela única anual).SESC: convênio gratuito estendido a dependentes (cônjuge e filhos).Unidade Móvel Dez Emergências: cobertura no local trabalho 100% subsidiado pela empresa para o titular, com opção de extensão do benefício 24h e para os dependentes (com valor diferenciado);Seguro de Vida: Plano individual MetLife (24 x salário) - 100% subsidiado pela empresa para o titular.Vale transporte: opcional, com desconto de 6% do salário nominal (de acordo com a Lei n.o 7.6
