Fazendo o que cuida das pessoasResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar os serviços e atividades de manutenção preventiva, corretiva e preditiva dos equipamentos e máquinas de movimentação e elevação de cargas Fábrica Active em Senador Canedo, visando confiabilidade e prolongamento de sua vida útil em conformidade com as normas e políticas da empresa. Realizar lubrificação em geral das máquinas e outros equipamentos; Executar desmontagem, montagem, ajustes e substituição de componentes e peças. Realizar manutenção em motores, transmissões, sistemas hidráulicos, freios, direção e sistemas de elevação. Inspecionar equipamentos, identificando desgastes, vazamentos, folgas e possíveis riscos de segurança. Efetuar testes de funcionamento após os serviços de manutenção. Preencher ordens de serviço, checklists e registros das manutenções realizadas. Manter as ferramentas, equipamentos e área de trabalho organizados e em boas condições. Seguir procedimentos de segurança, normas técnicas e orientações da empresa. Apoiar na identificação de causas de falhas recorrentes e propor melhorias para aumentar a disponibilidade dos equipamentos. Zelar pela conservação dos equipamentos e pela qualidade dos serviços executados. Trabalhar em conjunto com operadores e demais profissionais para identificar problemas e garantir o bom funcionamento das empilhadeiras. Realizar a organização e limpeza da área da oficina. Manutenção preventivas e corretivas nas baterias das maquinas, prolongando vida útil da mesma. Requisitos e qualificaçõesEscolaridade/Formação: Ensino Médio Completo; | Area de Escolaridade/Formação:Curso de Mecânica de Máquinas, Mecânica Industrial, Mecânica Automotiva ou áreas relacionadas será considerado diferencial.Certificações ou treinamentos relacionados às NRs aplicáveis à atividade, especialmente NR-10, NR-11 e NR-12, conforme as atividades desempenhadas e os requisitos da empresa.Experiência comprovada com manutenção de empilhadeiras, máquinas de movimentação de materiais ou equipamentos similares.Conhecimento em mecânica, hidráulica, elétrica e eletrônica básica aplicada a empilhadeiras.Organização, atenção aos detalhes, responsabilidade e comprometimento com a segurança.
