Responsável por manter os padrões técnicos das instalações da empresa, realizando manutenção preventiva, preditiva e corretiva (predial, mecânica, elétrica e hidráulica) nas instalações, máquinas e equipamentos da loja tomando como base as normas vigentes e regimentos internos, visando à realização das atividades dentro do prazo estipulado pela área.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAcompanhar os serviços nas obras e manutenções realizadas por terceiros, facilitando e suprindo os mesmos com os recursos existentes para a execução dos serviços, orientando e vistoriando os profissionais contratados e conferindo o trabalho realizado, a fim de garantir a boa execução do trabalho;Realizar reparos no sistema elétrico, hidráulico, civil e refrigeração, tais como: Rearme de disjuntor (Entrada principal, quadros de distribuição interna), pequenos reparos na alvenaria (sem interferência nas estruturas da loja), pinturas internas e externas, desobstrução no sistema de esgoto, manutenção do sistema hidráulico (potável, esgoto e reuso), bem como passagem de cabos elétricos, telefonia e dados, entre outros;Executar inspeção e verificação diária mediante ao checklist da operação na loja, verificando as ocorrências encontradas, atuando em conjunto com as áreas, visando a resolução das ocorrências;Realizar manutenções preventivas, preditivas e corretivas prediais, dos sistemas elétricos e hidráulicos, máquinas e equipamentos; Realizar as listas de materiais, examinando os serviços a serem executados, de acordo com a necessidade para execução das atividades;Processar e concluir ordens de serviço, via sistema, realizadas durante o dia, seguindo as ordens de execução;Auxiliar na decoração da loja em ações da área de Marketing, T.I e eventos comemorativos (Natal, Dia das Mães, Carnaval, etc.) instalando luminárias decorativas, fixando enfeites, etc., conforme orientações do superior.Manter a ordem e limpeza do local de trabalho, bem como organizado e em perfeito estado de conservação as ferramentas e materiais utilizados nas suas atividades, e organização da documentação referente ao processo de trabalho;Zelar pela segurança das operações utilizando-se de EPI's adequados para o trabalho a ser executado.Requisitos e qualificaçõesVivência sólida na área de manutenção predial, mecânica, hidráulica ou elétrica;Ensino Médio Completo e Formação técnica em eletrotécnica, refrigeração, mecânica ou edificações;Imprescindível NR 10 e NR35;Possuir conhecimento em refrigeração, solda/serralheria, instalações hidráulicas e civil, mecânica de empilhadeiras e Geradores.Será considerado um diferencial, ter trabalhado na área de manutenção do ramo de varejo alimentar (Atacado, Hipermercado, Supermercados etc);                                                                                                                         Informações adicionaisLocal de trabalho:Vaga 100% presencialBenefícios:Refeitório no localCartão MultibeneficiosVale-TransporteAssistência médica - opcional por adesão após 90 dias de empresa.Assistência odontológicaSeguro de vidaDescontos em Instituições de Ensino para graduação, pós e cursos de extensãoRoldão Mais: Aqui o colaborador tem desconto nas lojas Roldão Atacadista, pagando preço de atacadoKit maternidadeUniversidade Corporativa - Academia Roldão: Participação em treinamentos, com trilha de aprendizagem especifica para cada colaborador.
