Objetivo do cargoAtuar na manutenção elétrica e eletrônica de equipamentos, realizando diagnósticos, reparos preventivos e corretivos, interpretação de desenhos técnicos e ajustes em sistemas de automação, garantindo o funcionamento seguro e eficiente dos equipamentos, conforme requisitos da NR10.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais responsabilidades

Levantar e controlar dados técnicos de equipamentos no arquivo técnico entre outras rotinas relacionadas à área de manutenção técnica de equipamentos. Instalar, configurar e inspecionar sistemas de equipamentos. Executar testes de sistemas e equipamentos. Atender a todos os requisitos referentes às instalações elétricas previstas na NR10 NR12. Executar atividades operacionais e reparos elétricos de baixa tensão. Executar manutenção preventiva e corretiva. Realizar manutenção e reparos em equipamentos eletrônicos, como painéis, dispositivos, instrumentos de medidas de precisão, equipamentos digitais e de funcionamento sensitivo. Utilizar manuais e tabelas técnicas relativas a cálculos, normas, tolerâncias, aplicações elétricas, mecânicas e eletrônicas. Interpretar desenhos de construções elétricas mecânicas, pneumática e  eletrônicas (simbologias, desenhos de máquinas etc.). Acompanhar a linha de produção, verificando e solucionando as eventuais dificuldades surgidas no setor. Cumprir as normas de segurança do trabalho, de organização e limpeza do local de trabalho. Garantir a integridade dos equipamentos. Avaliar o sistema de produção e realizar alterações simples em PLC, Comandos elétricos, Inversores de frequência e drives, bem como recuperar backups e realizar reprogramação de redes de comunicação. Realizar montagem e desmontagem em peças simples, com menor complexidade. Realizar trabalhos em elétrica e mecânica de acordo com os procedimentos da empresa. Detalhar programas de trabalho, observando normas técnicas e de segurança. Promover melhoria contínua de máquinas, equipamentos e trabalhos, regras de segurança e políticas da empresa. Acompanhar serviços realizados por terceiros. Manter os dados e referências dos equipamentos e peças de máquinas. Realizar medições de grandezas.
