Também exerce papel de integração entre operação, manutenção e liderança.Garante o cumprimento rigoroso das normas de segurança e compliance (NRs e LOTO), reforçando a cultura de segurança, atuando na análise de riscos e apoiando investigações de falhas e incidentes.Direcionamento para internos:Compartilhar a intenção de candidatura com o gestor direto;Qualificações compatíveis com o perfil da vaga e no mínimo de 1 ano de atuação na empresa;Avaliação de desempenho considerada satisfatória para o exercício da função.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesVocê focará em:Principais ResponsabilidadesAtuação TécnicaExecutar e orientar atividades de manutenção preventiva, corretiva e preditiva em equipamentos do terminal (bombas, válvulas, tubulações, tanques, sistemas de transferência e utilidades).Diagnosticar falhas complexas, propondo soluções técnicas para aumento da disponibilidade e confiabilidade dos ativos.Garantir a correta execução dos planos de manutenção e o cumprimento dos padrões técnicos estabelecidos.Atuação de CampoAtuar como referência técnica da equipe, apoiando na distribuição de atividades e priorização das demandas de manutenção.Orientar e desenvolver tecnicamente os demais técnicos e mantenedores, elevando o nível de conhecimento da equipe.Acompanhar a execução das atividades críticas, garantindo qualidade, produtividade e segurança.Atuar como elo entre operação, manutenção e liderança (supervisão/coordenação), garantindo alinhamento das prioridades.Segurança e ComplianceGarantir o cumprimento rigoroso das normas de segurança (NR-20, NR-33, NR-35), permissões de trabalho e procedimentos de bloqueio (LOTO).Atuar como agente de reforço da cultura de segurança, intervindo em desvios e garantindo disciplina operacional.Apoiar na análise de riscos das atividades e investigações de falhas/incidentes.Requisitos e qualificaçõesComo requisitos básicos, você deve ter: Formação Técnica Completa (Mecânica, Automação Industrial, Elétrica, Eletrotécnica) ou Superior Completo (Engenharias).Experiência em manutenção industrial, preferencialmente em terminais, petroquímica, óleo & gás ou logística de granéis (líquidos ou sólidos).Conhecimento em:Equipamentos rotativos (bombas, motores);Sistemas de tubulação e válvulas industriais;Leitura e interpretação de desenhos técnicos;Sistemas de gestão de manutenção (SAP ou similar);Desejável conhecimento em manutenção preditiva, preventiva e corretiva.Informações adicionaisOferecemos uma proposta de remuneração competitiva, além de uma série de benefícios, veja alguns deles:Plano de saúdePlano odontológicoVA e VR valores competitivos com o mercadoTransporte FretadoPrevidência PrivadaSeguro de VidaWellhub Day off de Aniversário   Cuidar bem      Além disso tudo, incluímos também:Trabalhar e trocar conhecimentos diários com um time referência no mercado
