Supervisionar e orientar as atividades operacionais na Unidade de Nutrição e Dietética, orientar os colaboradores quanto as rotinas diárias, higiene pessoal, do ambiente, de utensílios e de manipulação segura; elaborar os cardápios para colaboradores e pacientes; responder pelo planejamento e compra dos insumos alimentares necessários para a confecção das refeições.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesParticipar da elaboração e preparação do cardápio, analisando as formulações nutricionais, quantidades e qualidade dos produtos;Planejar e definir a quantidade de gêneros alimentícios necessários, de acordo com o cardápio preestabelecido, verificando as sobras e adequando-as para minimizar custo e desperdício;Orientar e supervisionar os serviços nas áreas de cocção dos gêneros alimentícios, de acordo com o cardápio do dia, conforme previsto no Manual de Boas Práticas da Produção.;Realizar o abastecimento de hortifrutigranjeiros conforme a periodicidade de entrega do pedido, verificando sazonalidade de produtos;Controlar a qualidade e a quantidade de gêneros alimentícios recebidos, através de medições de temperatura, data de validade e aspecto do gênero, conforme estabelecido no Manual de Boas Práticas da Produção;Orientar os colaboradores quanto ao cumprimento das normas e procedimentos internos e externos, acompanhando o bom cumprimento das atividades e boa conduta nos postos de trabalho;Desenvolver suas atividades, aplicando normas e procedimentos de biossegurança;Verificar as atividades de higienização de ambientes, veículos de transporte de alimentos, equipamentos e utensílios, de acordo com os critério e procedimentos internos estabelecido;Manter o controle do recebimento e da produção de alimentos relacionados à temperatura, armazenamento, montagens e distribuição, seguindo os Procedimentos Operacionais Padrão;Acompanhar os recebimentos dos produtos entregues na Unidade de Nutrição e Dietética, verificando a qualidade dos mesmos;Efetuar a Análise de Perigos e Pontos Críticos de Controle de produtos, a fim de cumprir os regulamentos do Hospital e da Vigilância Sanitária;Zelar pela ordem e manutenção de boas condições higiênicas do local e instalações relacionadas com o serviço de alimentação, orientando e supervisionando o pessoal auxiliar, providenciando recursos adequados, para assegurar refeição segura;Realizar visitas técnicas a fornecedores, a fim de conhecer os produtos e suas características, qualificando -os para compra;Executar outras tarefas correlatas a critério do superior imediato.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio Técnico completo em Nutrição;CRN ativo.Informações adicionaisPara está oportunidade nossa faixa salarial está entre R$ 2.497,00 a R$ 2.797,00 + 20% de Insalubridade.Benefícios: Vale-transporte ou Estacionamento, Refeição no local, Vale alimentação, Seguro de Vida, Programa de Bolsas de Estudos e Auxílio creche (de acordo com convenção coletiva de trabalho).Horário de trabalho: Escala 12x36 das 08:00 às 20:00.
