Se você busca um ambiente dinâmico, com desafios reais e oportunidades de crescimento, venha construir o futuro com a gente! 🚀Buscamos um(a) profissional para atuar no monitoramento, supervisão e gerenciamento de falhas na rede de transporte de informações, garantindo alta disponibilidade e qualidade dos serviços prestados aos clientes.Essa posição será responsável por assegurar a pronta resposta a incidentes, coordenar ações de recuperação e atuar de forma integrada com equipes internas e externas, contribuindo para a continuidade e eficiência da operação.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais atividades:Monitorar e supervisionar os equipamentos da rede de transporte (SDH, DWDM, MetroEthernet, DCN, sincronismo e infraestrutura das estações), garantindo o tratamento adequado das falhas;Analisar ocorrências e conduzir as tratativas necessárias para preservação da integridade da rede;Atuar na recuperação remota de falhas sempre que possível, reduzindo a necessidade de acionamentos em campo;Acionar e orientar equipes de manutenção, acompanhando a execução das atividades até a normalização dos serviços;Centralizar informações de alarmes, registrar ocorrências e apoiar na elaboração de indicadores e relatórios de qualidade;Controlar e autorizar acessos às estações, garantindo que apenas pessoas autorizadas realizem intervenções;Interagir com concessionárias de energia para tratar falhas no fornecimento que impactem as estações;Acionar terceiros conforme procedimentos e prazos contratuais, assegurando agilidade nas tratativas;Gerenciar histórico de falhas e recuperações, contribuindo para análises de desempenho da rede;Atualizar e compartilhar informações por meio de notificações de falha, garantindo comunicação clara e alinhada entre as áreas envolvidas;Acompanhar atividades programadas junto às equipes de suporte, assegurando a execução conforme o planejado;Realizar a abertura e acompanhamento de chamados técnicos relacionados a falhas de clientes;Atuar como interface técnica com clientes em atividades de troubleshooting, testes e suporte a ativações, alterações e desativações de serviços.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:Ensino técnico ou superior em Eletrônica, Telecomunicações ou áreas correlatas;Disponibilidade para atuar em regime de escala 6x3 das 22h às 06h.Híbrido - 1x por semana em home office.Conhecimentos:Conhecimento em DWDMInformações adicionaisBenefícios:🍽️ Vale Refeição ou Alimentação no valor de R$ 1.040,00🚍 Vale Transporte🏥 Assistência Médica Care Plus com coparticipação (sem mensalidade para o titular e desconto de R$ 231,19 por dependente)🦷 Assistência Odontológica (Privian)💪 Wellhub (Gympass)💰 Previdência Privada🎯 Participação nos Lucros e Resultados (PLR)📝Único Skill (Educação)🛡️ Seguro de Vida
