Se você se identifica, venha fazer parte da nossa equipe!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades e atribuições: -Apoiar o planejamento, preparação e início de lotes piloto, produtivos e de P&D, realizando o levantamento dos insumos, matérias-primas e materiais necessários;Operar equipamentos como balanças de precisão, agitadores, misturadores, pHmetro, condutivímetro, medidores de temperatura e dosadores de CO₂;-Acompanhar e controlar os parâmetros do processo produtivo, realizando ajustes de CO₂, temperatura, pH, condutividade e demais variáveis quando necessário;-Operar e acompanhar os processos de secagem e liofilização, avaliando rendimento, eficiência e características do produto obtido;-Realizar controles de qualidade durante o processo, avaliando aspectos como peso, aparência, cor, sabor, identificação e informações de rotulagem;-Registrar as etapas dos lotes em Ordens de Produção, fichas de lote, formulários, planilhas, registros de qualidade e diários de bordo;-Identificar, comunicar e registrar desvios e não conformidades, contribuindo para a investigação e melhoria dos processos;-Elaborar e acompanhar balanços de massa, considerando entradas, perdas, rendimentos e saídas de matéria-prima e produto;-Executar e acompanhar procedimentos de limpeza, higienização e sanitização de equipamentos, tanques, bandejas, bancadas, utensílios  e procedimentos CIP;-Manter as áreas  de produção e embalagem organizadas e em condições adequadas de higiene;-Cumprir as normas de segurança, biossegurança, Boas Práticas de Fabricação e demais procedimentos internos;-Apoiar a identificação de gargalos e oportunidades de melhoria nos processos e demais atividades operacionais e técnicas do setor.Requisitos e qualificações-Formação técnica ou superior, completa ou em andamento, em Técnico Agrícola, Química, Biologia, Agronomia, Biotecnologia ou áreas correlatas;Diferencial:-Experiência na área de indústria de alimentos.Informações adicionaisBenefíciosVA ou VR (sem desconto de 20%);VT ou Vale combustível (sem desconto de 6%);Plano de Saúde (mensalidade paga pela empresa);Plano Odontológico;Bônus de Merecimento;Gympass; Seguro de Vida;Desconto em nossos produtos (manipulados linha Essentia Pharma e linha Essential Nutrition);Rede de descontos em lojas e restaurantes;Presente de final de ano;Área de confraternização - churrasqueira;Sala de meditação;Sala de descanso;Sala de Jogos;Atendimento médico;Atendimento pediátrico;Terapeutas, Coaching e Psicólogos;Programa de Meditação, Wellness e Manejo do Stress;Ginástica laboral;Bolsa de Auxílio Educação de até 50% do valor do curso;Ambiente de trabalho acolhedor - Cultura Essentia;Estacionamento.Horário de Trabalho: Segunda a quinta- feira 09:00 até ás 19:00 e sexta até as 18h.
