Técnico de Planejamento - ManutençãoLocal: Camaçari - BA Planejar, programar e controlar as atividades de manutenção preventiva, preditiva e corretiva, promovendo a integração entre Manutenção, Operação, Engenharia, Suprimentos e demais áreas envolvidas. Atuar na preparação dos serviços, garantindo disponibilidade de materiais, mão de obra, ferramentas e demais recursos necessários, contribuindo para o aumento da confiabilidade, disponibilidade dos ativos, produtividade e cumprimento das metas da manutenção.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtividades a serem executadas: 

Planejar e programar atividades de manutenção conforme prioridade e criticidade dos ativos;Elaborar planos de execução, cronogramas e programação semanal de manutenção;Planejar materiais, mão de obra, ferramentas, equipamentos e serviços necessários;Emitir, acompanhar e encerrar ordens de serviço no sistema de manutenção;Realizar visitas a campo para avaliação e planejamento dos serviços de forma assertiva;Controlar backlog e acompanhar o cumprimento da programação;Monitorar indicadores de desempenho da manutenção;Planejar e acompanhar paradas programadas e grandes intervenções;Atuar como interface entre Manutenção, Operação, Engenharia e Suprimentos;Participar das reuniões de programação e definição das janelas de intervenção;Acompanhar atividades em campo para melhorar a qualidade do planejamento;Atualizar históricos e registros técnicos dos equipamentos;Participar de análises de falhas e planos de ação;Acompanhar custos e identificar oportunidades de melhoria e otimização dos recursos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação:  Formação Técnica completa em Mecânica, Eletromecânica, Elétrica, Instrumentação, Automação Industrial ou áreas correlatas;

Principais Conhecimentos:Conhecimento em manutenção preventiva, preditiva e corretiva; Conhecimento em gestão de backlog, materiais e recursos de manutenção; Conhecimento em indicadores de manutenção e análise de dados; Leitura e interpretação de desenhos e documentos técnicos; Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão da manutenção; Pacote Office, com bom domínio de Excel; Conhecimento MS Project, Power BI ou ferramentas equivalentes;Conhecimento em plantas industriais e planejamento de paradas programadas.
