Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGarantir que a construção atenda aos requisitos das normas ISO 9001 e PBQP-H;Controlar e realizar inspeções no canteiro, registrando não conformidades e propondo ações corretivas e preventivas;Contribuir para a preparação e execução de auditorias internas e externas, assegurando a documentação necessária;Promover treinamentos contínuos sobre procedimentos de qualidade e normas ISO 9001 e PBQP-H;Realizar revisões periódicas para identificar oportunidades de melhoria e implementar ações otimizadoras;Garantir uma comunicação eficaz entre a equipe de obra e a gestão da qualidade;Trabalhar com engenheiros, arquitetos e projetistas para assegurar a aplicação correta de normas de qualidade;Gerenciar a documentação de qualidade, incluindo relatórios de inspeção e registros de conformidade.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCurso Técnico em Edificações completo ou Graduação em Engenharia Civil completa;Conhecimento das normas ISO 9001 e PBQP-H;Leitura e entendimento de projetos dos empreendimentos;Pacote Office e Autocad (diferenciais);Diferencial possuir vivência em controle de qualidade em canteiro de obras residenciais verticais.Informações adicionaisBenefícios:Assistência Médica;Vale Alimentação;Seguro de Vida;Previdência Privada;Vale Transporte;Convênio Farmácia;Benefício de Saúde (Starbem);Parcerias com instituições de ensino;Day off de Aniversário;Parceria Gympass;PPR;Licença parental estendida – 6 meses para mães e 30 dias para pais;Condições especiais para adquirir o seu HM.
