Unidades Básicas de Saúde (UBS) são serviços que compõem a Rede de Atenção Básica de Saúde, caracterizados pelo alto nível de capilaridade e pela oferta de serviços de saúde com maior proximidade dos usuários. Suas atividades estão voltadas para a promoção, proteção e recuperação da saúde e prevenção de doenças, de forma individual ou coletiva, articulada com outros serviços da Rede de Saúde e intersetorial.

As UBS oferecem, mediante agendamento, atendimento médico nas especialidades de Pediatria, Ginecologia e Clínica-Médica e atendimento de Equipe Multiprofissional com Enfermagem, Odontologia, Serviço Social, Nutrição e Psicologia em algumas Unidades. Também são oferecidos procedimentos (inalações, injeções, curativos, vacinas, coleta de exames laboratoriais, tratamento odontológico, coleta de Papanicolau), além de encaminhamento para serviços de Especialidades e fornecimento de medicação básica.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesParticipar do processo de territorialização e mapeamento da área de atuação, identificando grupos, famílias e indivíduos expostos a riscos e mantendo essas informações atualizadas para apoiar o planejamento das ações da equipe;Realizar cuidado em saúde da população adscrita na unidade, no domicílio e em outros espaços comunitários, conforme necessidade;Executar ações de atenção integral seguindo necessidades de saúde da população, prioridades locais e protocolos estabelecidos;Acolher usuários com atendimento humanizado, fortalecendo vínculo e garantindo escuta qualificada;Integrar-se às atividades de planejamento, avaliação e educação permanente da equipe, utilizando dados disponíveis para qualificar as ações;Promover participação e mobilização comunitária, identificando parceiros e recursos que fortaleçam ações intersetoriais;Registrar adequadamente as atividades nos sistemas de informação da Atenção Básica e cumprir normas, rotinas e regulamentações institucionais;Desenvolver ações em conformidade com programas e comissões institucionais, incluindo PAVS, PPRA e Comissão de Prontuários;Atuar na atenção integral em saúde bucal, realizando procedimentos conforme competências técnicas e legais, dando suporte ao cirurgião-dentista e integrando ações com a equipe de Saúde da Família;Acompanhar manutenção dos equipamentos odontológicos e participar da gestão de insumos necessários ao funcionamento da unidade;Apoiar ações educativas, ensinar técnicas de higiene bucal e realizar procedimentos preventivos conforme orientação técnica;Realizar as atividades das áreas/setores, seguindo as determinações do Gestor imediato e padronizações da Instituição.Requisitos e qualificaçõesTer 18 anos completosEnsino Médio CompletoCurso Completo de Técnico em Saúde BucalRegistro Ativo no Conselho da ClasseExperiência mínima de 06 (seis) meses comprovada na função de Técnico em Saúde Bucal.Informações adicionaisLocal: Zona Sul - SPBenefícios e Parcerias:Vale Refeição;Vale Alimentação;Assistência Médica (adesão facultativa);Assistência Odontológica (adesão facultativa);Disponibilizamos parcerias com Wellhub (Gympass), SESC, Zenklub, faculdades, universidades e farmácias.
