O Hospital Santa Lucinda está em busca de Técnico(a) de Segurança do Trabalho para integrar sua equipe e atuar na promoção de um ambiente de trabalho seguro, na prevenção de acidentes e no gerenciamento dos riscos ocupacionais.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar avaliação e identificação de perigos e riscos ocupacionais, incluindo riscos físicos, químicos, biológicos, ergonômicos e de acidentes;Orientar, acompanhar e fiscalizar o uso correto dos Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPIs) e Equipamentos de Proteção Coletiva (EPCs);Planejar e realizar treinamentos e ações educativas relacionados à Segurança do Trabalho;Executar inspeções de segurança em máquinas, equipamentos, ferramentas, instalações e áreas de circulação, identificando condições inseguras e propondo medidas corretivas;Organizar, orientar e acompanhar as atividades da Comissão Interna de Prevenção de Acidentes e de Assédio (CIPA);Elaborar pareceres e relatórios técnicos relacionados à Segurança do Trabalho;Atuar na gestão e prevenção de situações de emergência, contribuindo para a preparação e resposta a ocorrências;Realizar investigação e análise de acidentes e incidentes de trabalho, propondo ações preventivas e corretivas;Acompanhar e orientar atividades especiais, incluindo trabalho em espaço confinado, trabalho em altura, içamento de cargas, trabalho a quente, entre outras;Desenvolver ações voltadas à prevenção de acidentes e doenças ocupacionais, promovendo a cultura de segurança entre os colaboradores;Apoiar o cumprimento das Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs) e demais requisitos legais aplicáveis à Segurança do Trabalho.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesCurso Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho completo;Instrutor de NR 35 (trabalho em alturaSupervisor de Espaço confinado NR 33Atuação como Bombeiro CivilExperiência na área de Segurança do Trabalho, preferencialmente em ambiente hospitalar ou na área da saúde;Conhecimento das Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs) aplicáveis à função;Conhecimento em prevenção e investigação de acidentes;Boa comunicação e habilidade para condução de treinamentos e orientações;Perfil organizado, proativo, responsável e com foco em prevenção.⭐ DIFERENCIAISExperiência anterior em instituições hospitalares;Conhecimento sobre riscos ocupacionais específicos de serviços de saúde;Conhecimento em sistemas e ferramentas de gestão de Segurança do Trabalho.
