Acreditamos que segurança é um valor essencial em todas as nossas operações. Buscamos um Técnico de Segurança do Trabalho comprometido, proativo e focado na promoção de um ambiente de trabalho seguro e alinhado às normas regulamentadoras.Principais responsabilidades:

Analisar as condições de trabalho, identificando riscos de acidentes pessoais, materiais, ambientais e doenças ocupacionais;Propor e implementar ações corretivas e preventivas para minimizar riscos e garantir ambientes mais seguros;Promover e reforçar comportamentos seguros na execução das atividades diárias;Realizar auditorias e inspeções de segurança nas áreas da empresa;Identificar a necessidade e orientar a utilização adequada dos Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPIs);Acompanhar o cumprimento das normas e procedimentos de Segurança do Trabalho;Manter atualizados os registros, controles e documentos relacionados à área de Segurança do Trabalho;Elaborar e acompanhar programas e documentos legais, como PPRA/PGR, relatórios de acidentes e demais registros de SST;Investigar incidentes e acidentes, contribuindo para a definição de ações preventivas e corretivas;Apoiar ações de conscientização, treinamentos e campanhas voltadas à saúde e segurança dos colaboradores.

Requisitos:

Curso Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho concluído; Registro profissional ativo;Conhecimentos sobre saúde ocupacional, incluindo os objetivos e a importância do PCMSO, exames médicos ocupacionais. Conhecimento com os processos e riscos específicos da indústria metalúrgica, como manipulação de máquinas, produtos químicos e materiais, ruído, calor, e etc.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo vai ser seu dia a dia::Realizar inspeções nas áreas produtivas para identificar condições e comportamentos de risco;Acompanhar o cumprimento das normas de saúde e segurança do trabalho;Orientar colaboradores sobre procedimentos seguros e uso correto dos EPIs;Promover treinamentos, diálogos de segurança e campanhas de conscientização;Investigar acidentes e incidentes, propondo ações preventivas e corretivas;Apoiar a gestão dos documentos legais da área, como PGR, LTCAT, relatórios e registros de SST;Realizar auditorias internas e acompanhar planos de ação;Monitorar indicadores de segurança e sugerir melhorias nos processos;Trabalhar em parceria com as lideranças para fortalecer a cultura de segurança na empresa;Garantir que as atividades sejam executadas de forma segura, preservando a integridade dos colaboradores e do ambiente de trabalho.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesCurso Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho concluído;Registro profissional ativo; Conhecimento das Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs); Conhecimento em investigação e análise de acidentes; Pacote Office (Word, Excel e PowerPoint); Boa comunicação e capacidade de orientação das equipes; Disponibilidade para atuação em ambiente industrial.

Desejáveis

Experiência anterior na área de Segurança do Trabalho em indústria; Conhecimento em gestão de EPIs e inspeções de segurança;Experiência com auditorias internas e acompanhamento de planos de ação; Conhecimento em programas e documentos legais de SST (PGR, LTCAT, CAT, entre outros); Vivência com treinamentos e campanhas de conscientização em segurança.
