Somos uma multinacional com alma brasileira.Curta nossa página de carreira no Linkedin para saber mais sobre nosso dia-a-dia!Se você se identifica com a C&A e procura uma empresa, acima de tudo, apaixonada por pessoas, #VemPraCeA.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPromover inspeções nos locais de trabalho, identificando condições perigosas, tomando as providências necessárias para eliminar as situações de riscos;Preparar programas de treinamento sobre segurança do trabalho, incluindo programas de conscientização e divulgação de normas de segurança, visando ao desenvolvimento de uma atitude preventiva nos associados quanto à segurança do trabalho;Determinar a utilização dos equipamentos de proteção individual (EPI), bem como indicar e inspecionar equipamentos de proteção contra incêndio;Colaborar nos projetos de modificações prediais ou novas instalações, visando à criação de condições mais seguras no trabalho;Promover campanhas, palestras e outras formas de treinamento com o objetivo de divulgar as normas de segurança e higiene do trabalho;Distribuir os equipamentos de proteção individual (EPI), bem como indicar e inspecionar equipamentos de proteção contra incêndio, quando as condições assim o exigirem, visando à redução dos riscos à segurança e integridade física dos associados;Colaborar com a CIPA em seus programas;Levantar e estudar estatísticas de acidentes do trabalho, doenças profissionais e do trabalho, analisando suas causas e gravidade, visando à adoção de medidas preventivas;Coordenar SIPAT, dando diretriz à CIPA organizando as atividades e recursos necessários;Desenvolvimento e análise de indicadores SESMT.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência como Técnico de Segurança do Trabalho;Formação em Técnico de Segurança do Trabalho com registro ativo;Conhecimento em SOC e E-SOCIAL;Brigada de Incêndio, CIPA/SIPAT e saúde ocupacional;Conhecimentos básicos de informática;Disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente de Segunda à Sábado (6x1) no CD de Navegantes: Condomínio Morton Capital (Rua Tancredo Neves, 119, Navegantes - SC, 88375-000);Disponibilidade para atuar em algum dos turnos disponíveis: T1 (06h as 14h40
