Responsável por acompanhar e garantir o cumprimento das normas de Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho em todas as empresas e unidades do grupo, promovendo ações preventivas, inspeções e treinamentos. Atua no gerenciamento de programas legais de SST, controle de EPIs, acompanhamento de documentos ocupacionais, investigação de acidentes, suporte à CIPA e disseminação da cultura de segurança. Realiza interface com empresas terceirizadas, fornecedores e lideranças, assegurando a conformidade legal e a proteção dos colaboradores.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAcompanhar o cumprimento das normas de Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho em todas as empresas do grupo;Gerenciar e acompanhar programas legais de SST (LTCAT, PGR, PCMSO e PPP);Realizar inspeções técnicas e vistorias periódicas nas unidades;Identificar riscos ocupacionais e acompanhar planos de ação;Controlar entrega, utilização e reposição de EPIs;Acompanhar manutenção de extintores, hidrantes, mangueiras e sinalizações;Ministrar treinamentos, integrações e campanhas de conscientização;Organizar e acompanhar as atividades da CIPA e SIPAT;Investigar acidentes e incidentes de trabalho;Emitir Comunicação de Acidente do Trabalho – CAT;Acompanhar afastamentos relacionados à saúde ocupacional;Analisar atestados médicos ocupacionais;Prestar primeiros socorros quando necessário;Elaborar relatórios, indicadores e controles da área;Atuar em conjunto com lideranças e empresas terceirizadas para assegurar conformidade legal.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatóriosCurso Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho concluído;Registro profissional ativo;Experiência na área de Segurança do Trabalho;Experiência na aplicação de treinamentos e ações de conscientização;Conhecimento das Normas Regulamentadoras e legislação de SST;Vivência com gestão de EPIs, CIPA, investigação de acidentes e programas legais de segurança;Facilidade com ferramentas digitais, sistemas informatizados e pacote Office;Carteira Nacional de Habilitação – CNH categoria B válida;DesejáveisExperiência em empresas do segmento supermercadista, varejo ou atacado;Conhecimento no Sistema Senior;Conhecimento em indicadores e gestão documental de SST;Formação ou capacitação para ministrar treinamentos previstos em Normas Regulamentadoras;Certificação ou experiência na aplicação de treinamentos para operadores de empilhadeira, trabalho em altura, espaço confinado e demais capacitações específicas de SST.Informações adicionaisSalário compatível com a funçãoBenefícios:Seguro de vidaPrêmio assiduidadeVale TransporteJornada de Trabalho:Jornada de 44h semanais, de segunda a sexta-feira. com disponibilidade para deslocamentos e visitas às unidades do grupo, conforme necessidade operacional.
