Aqui, valorizamos quem assume responsabilidades, busca fazer a diferença e trabalha em conjunto para construir soluções que movimentam todo o Grupo.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesFazer inspeções de segurança nas áreas operacionais: armazém, docas, pátio, manutenção, dormitórios e posto de abastecimento interno.Conduzir o processo de obtenção e renovação do AVCB da unidade: controlar a validade, levantar as adequações necessárias, fazer a ligação com a empresa responsável pelo projeto e acompanhar a vistoria do Corpo de Bombeiros.Inspecionar e controlar a manutenção dos sistemas de combate a incêndio: extintores, hidrantes, alarme, iluminação de emergência, sinalização e rotas de fuga.Organizar a brigada de emergência (NR-23), os simulados de abandono e os registros exigidos pelo Corpo de Bombeiros.Emitir e controlar permissões de trabalho para atividades de risco, principalmente trabalho em altura (NR-35) e trabalho a quente ou manutenção no posto de combustível.Controlar as exigências da NR-20 no posto: capacitação dos envolvidos, análise de riscos, plano de resposta a emergências e prontuário da instalação.Acompanhar as exigências ambientais do posto em conjunto com o responsável ambiental: licença de operação, testes de estanqueidade e resíduos contaminados.Participar da investigação e análise de acidentes e incidentes, emitir a CAT e acompanhar o plano de ação.Apoiar a elaboração e atualização do PGR/GRO (NR-1) e do inventário de riscos da unidade.Controlar a entrega, a troca e o uso correto de EPI (NR-6), além das fichas de EPI.Ministrar integrações, DDS e treinamentos normativos (NR-11, NR-20, NR-23, NR-35, entre outros).Dar apoio à CIPA (NR-5) e às campanhas (SIPATMA e campanhas temáticas).Acompanhar a movimentação de cargas e a operação de empilhadeiras e equipamentos (NR-11 e NR-12).Lançar e manter atualizadas as informações de SST no TOTVS RM: EPI, treinamentos, CAT, inspeções e dados dos eventos de SST do eSocial. Cumprir a rotina padrão do técnico (diário de bordo) e reportar à gestão do SESMT.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesCurso Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho completo.Registro profissional ativo como Técnico de Segurança do Trabalho (MTE).Conhecimento das Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs), especialmente NR-1, NR-5, NR-6, NR-11, NR-12, NR-15, NR-16, NR-20, NR-23 e NR-35.Conhecimento das Instruções Técnicas do Corpo de Bombeiros e dos processos relacionados ao AVCB.Conhecimento do Pacote Office, com Excel em nível intermediário (tabelas, fórmulas e gráficos).Organização, disciplina e atenção aos detalhes para controle de documentos, registros e prazos.Disponibilidade para deslocamentos entre unidades, quando necessário.CNH categoria B.
