Atuar de forma preventiva e estratégica na promoção da saúde, segurança e integridade dos colaboradores, contribuindo para a construção e manutenção de ambientes de trabalho seguros e em conformidade com a legislação vigente e as normas internas da organização. Identificar, avaliar e propor medidas para mitigação de riscos ocupacionais, apoiar a implementação e o acompanhamento dos programas de Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho, orientar colaboradores e lideranças quanto às práticas seguras e acompanhar a efetividade das ações preventivas e corretivas. Atuar de forma integrada com as diferentes áreas da empresa, fortalecendo a cultura de prevenção, o cumprimento dos requisitos legais e a melhoria contínua dos processos relacionados à Segurança do Trabalho.Responsabilidades e atribuições1. Realizar inspeções de segurança nas instalações da empresa para identificar e corrigir potenciais riscos. 2. Desenvolver e implementar programas de prevenção de acidentes e doenças ocupacionais. 3. Orientar e treinar os colaboradores em questões de segurança no trabalho, incluindo o uso adequado de equipamentos de proteção individual (EPIs). 4. Investigar acidentes de trabalho, analisando suas causas e propondo medidas corretivas para evitar sua repetição. 5. Manter registros precisos de incidentes, inspeções e treinamentos de segurança. 6. Colaborar com outras áreas, como recursos humanos e produção, para garantir o cumprimento das normas de segurança. 7. Fornecer suporte técnico em questões relacionadas à segurança do trabalho. 8. Manter os laudos ambientais atualizados de todo Grupo. 9. Dar suporte a empresa terceira de saúde e segurança do trabalho em assuntos como: troca de função, exames periódicos e atualizações. 10. Atualizar toda e qualquer documentação relacionada a segurança do trabalho. 11. Participar na orientação de novos colaboradores em integração. 12. Gerir os indicadores de Segurança do Trabalho e promover ações de melhorias quando pertinente.13. Realizar e acompanhar entidades externas em treinamentos de Segurança do Trabalho (NRs).14. Manter atualizado os Programas relacionados a Segurança do Trabalho: CIPA, Brigada de Incêndio e PAE.Requisitos e qualificaçõesNecessário possuir curso de Técnico de Segurança do Trabalho com registro no MTE.Conhecimento das normas regulamentadoras (NRs). Habilidade para identificar e avaliar riscos ocupacionais. Habilidade para atuar com atividades em campo e tarefas administrativas.
