Buscamos um(a) Técnico(a) de Segurança do Trabalho – Turnos Manhã e Noturno, dedicado(a), proativo(a) e comprometido(a) com a promoção de um ambiente de trabalho seguro.Horário de trabalho: 20h30 às 05h27, de segunda a sexta-feira.Procuramos um profissional com sólida formação técnica, conhecimento atualizado das Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs) e das melhores práticas de Segurança e Saúde do Trabalho, além de excelente comunicação e habilidade para disseminar a cultura de segurança entre os colaboradores.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtualizar e acompanhar controles, indicadores e registros relacionados à Segurança do Trabalho;Gerenciar e apoiar a Brigada de Emergência, garantindo sua organização e atuação quando necessário;Conduzir e administrar os processos relacionados à CIPA, assegurando o cumprimento das exigências legais;Ministrar treinamentos, integrações e campanhas de conscientização sobre Segurança do Trabalho;Investigar acidentes, incidentes e desvios, identificando causas, propondo ações corretivas e preventivas e acompanhando sua implementação;Gerenciar permissões de trabalho e acompanhar a documentação de prestadores de serviços terceiros;Revisar, elaborar e atualizar procedimentos, instruções de trabalho e demais documentos de Segurança do Trabalho;Elaborar atas e controlar a participação em reuniões relacionadas à segurança;Apoiar projetos de implantação e manutenção de controles de acesso, como leitores biométricos;Organizar e disponibilizar documentação para auditorias, fiscalizações e processos jurídicos, quando necessário;Elaborar e emitir o Perfil Profissiográfico Previdenciário (PPP);Realizar inspeções e rondas periódicas nas unidades, identificando riscos e propondo melhorias;Garantir o cumprimento da legislação vigente, das Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs) e das políticas internas de Segurança do Trabalho;Apoiar auditorias internas e externas, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua dos processos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCurso Técnico completo em Segurança do Trabalho;Registro ativo no MTE;Conhecimento intermediário no Pacote Office (Word, Excel e PowerPoint);Desejável conhecimento no sistema SOC;Experiência com auditorias, Sistema de Gestão Integrado (SGI), ISO e gestão de processos;Conhecimento das Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs) e da legislação de Segurança e Saúde do Trabalho;Será considerado um diferencial possuir formação como Bombeiro Civil.Informações adicionaisNa Total Express, a diversidade é um compromisso com todos os nossos colaboradores, parceiros e clientes.
