Estamos em busca de um(a) Técnico(a) de Segurança do Trabalho com perfil técnico, analítico e organizado para atuar nas rotinas de prevenção, gestão de riscos, indicadores e conformidade legal. A pessoa será responsável por apoiar inspeções, investigações de acidentes, liberações de atividades críticas, gestão de terceiros, PGR, LOTO, treinamentos normativos, atualização de BIs, elaboração de procedimentos e ações de conscientização em Segurança do Trabalho. Buscamos um(a) profissional com conhecimento em legislação e Normas Regulamentadoras, domínio de Excel, Power BI e PowerPoint, boa comunicação e facilidade para atuar em interface com diferentes áreas.Responsabilidades e atribuições• Realizar inspeções preventivas, identificar riscos e apoiar na definição de ações corretivas e preventivas. • Orientar colaboradores e terceiros quanto às normas, procedimentos e práticas de Segurança do Trabalho. • Realizar investigações de acidentes e incidentes, conduzindo a análise de causas, planos de ação e acompanhamento das tratativas. • Atualizar BIs e controles da área, acompanhando indicadores de acidentes, inspeções, treinamentos, gestão de terceiros e demais dados de segurança. • Realizar a gestão de documentos de terceiros, avaliando e validando os documentos. • Avaliar riscos e liberar atividades de alto, risco, não rotineiras e atividades de terceiros. • Apoiar no levantamento de perigos e riscos das áreas, realizando a classificação dos riscos e definindo/implementando medidas de controle. • Criar e revisar procedimentos de LOTO, análise de fontes de energia e medidas de bloqueio e etiquetagem para controle de energias perigosas. • Apoiar o gerenciamento de riscos ocupacionais por meio do PGR, acompanhando controles, medidas preventivas e planos de ação. • Apoio do gerenciamento de requisitos legais através de software específico. • Realizar o controle e programação de treinamentos normativos de todos os colaboradores da empresa, controlando as listas de presença, atualização do BI e manutenção dos registros atualizados. • Realizar integrações, treinamentos, DDS e campanhas de segurança. • Apoiar na condução dos trabalhos da CIPA e SIPATMA. • Revisar e elaborar procedimentos (POPs), relatórios, apresentações e materiais de apoio. • Preparar dados e documentos para reuniões, auditorias, fiscalizações e análises internas. • Especificar EPIs obrigatórios e necessários para as funções, realizar o controle e registro de entregas e inspecionar o uso.Requisitos e qualificações• Curso Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho. • Conhecimento em Pacote Office.• Sólidos conhecimentos na legislação trabalhista, prevencionista e NR’S. • Perfil organizado, analítico, proativo e com boa comunicação para atuar em interface com diferentes áreas. • Desejável experiência anterior na área de Segurança do Trabalho.Informações adicionaisConfira nossos benefícios:Para você:Vale AlimentaçãoVale RefeiçãoRefeição na EmpresaVale TransporteDesconto de 40% em nossos produtosParcerias com Instituições de EnsinoCartão FarmáciaUniversidade CorporativaPara sua Família:Auxílio CrecheLicença Maternidade EstendidaAcolhimento MaternoPrograma Bebê a BordoPara sua Saúde:Plano de SaúdePlano OdontológicoSeguro de VidaTotalPassVacina contra a GripeOs benefícios podem variar conforme a unidade.
