Para integrar nosso time você precisa: estar alinhado(a) com nosso propósito de cuidar de pessoas, gostar de desafios, ter iniciativa, empatia e vontade de transformar. #SomosUnIncríveis #JeitoDeCuidarUnimed 💚 Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar inspeção de segurança nos ambientes, equipamentos e ferramentas do trabalho, através de verificação in loco;Instruir, orientar e fazer cumprir as regras e normas de segurança aplicadas a cada circunstância dos processos de cada local de trabalho, em consonância com as exigências legais;Inspecionar os postos de combate a incêndios, examinando as mangueiras, hidrantes, extintores e equipamentos de proteção contra incêndios;Especificar equipamentos de proteção individual e\ou coletiva, EPI´s \ EPC´s, com base na identificação do agente, sua quantificação, análise da exposição;Distribuir os equipamentos de proteção individual (EPI), acompanhando a avaliação dos testes, analisando e propondo as modificações necessárias, realizando os controles;Implantar a cultura de segurança nas áreas da empresa acerca do uso de EPIs;Analisar, investigar e registrar os casos de acidentes do trabalho;Fiscalizar as obras realizadas tanto por serviço próprio como dos serviços realizados por terceiros;Levantar e analisar as estatísticas de acidentes do trabalho, de doenças profissionais e do trabalho, analisando suas causas e gravidade;Acompanhar o funcionamento da comissão interna de prevenção de acidentes CIPA, assessorando nos programas de trabalho e planos de ações, no mapeamento de riscos e apoio a SIPAT;Participar de análise de projetos de modificações prediais ou novas instalações da empresa, analisando os aspectos de segurança e ergonomia, propondo modificações se necessário.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCurso Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho;Conselho de classe ativo;Habilidade com Pacote Office intermediário e sistema integrado;Domínio com as Normas Regulamentadoras do Ministério do Trabalho e Emprego (NR-32, NR-35, NR-13, NR-10); Instalações de combate e incêndio e pânico e Brigada de incêndio;Noções da Norma ABNT.Diferencial: Conhecimento em normas da ANVISA, NR 35 e CNEN (Radiologia);Experiência/Conhecimento na área hospitalar.Carga Horária: 44 horas semanais (Segunda a Sexta)Informações adicionaisNOSSOS BENEFÍCIOS Saúde e bem estar: plano de saúde e odontológico, Totalpass, programa equilíbrio, ações de endomarketing, day off no aniversário Auxílios: vale alimentação, auxílio creche, vale transporte com desconto reduzido, seguro de vida Desenvolvimento: incentivo à educação, treinamentos técnicos e comportamentais Clube de vantagens: oferece benefícios exclusivo com nossos parceiros
