Determinar conforme NR 6 a utilização de Equipamentos de Proteção Individual – EPI; Quando solicitado, colaborar nos projetos e implantação de novas instalações físicas e tecnológicas da empresa; Responsabilizar-se tecnicamente por orientar quanto ao cumprimento do disposto nas NR aplicáveis às atividades executadas pela empresa; Manter permanente relacionamento com a CIPA, valendo-se ao máximo de suas observações, além de apoiá-la; Promover a realização de atividades de conscientização, educação e orientação dos trabalhadores para a prevenção de acidentes do trabalho e doenças ocupacionais, tanto através de campanhas quanto de programas de duração permanente; Esclarecer e conscientizar os prepostos da empresa sobre acidentes do trabalho e doenças ocupacionais, estimulando os em favor da prevenção; Analisar e registrar todos os acidentes ocorridos na empresa, com ou sem vítima, e todos os casos de doença ocupacional; Realizar verificação de conformidade de padrões e procedimentos de segurança operacional para a operação logística;  Realizar inspeção preventiva e corretiva de segurança em área das atividades, verificando itens não conformes e seus devidos tratamentos de acordo com procedimentos e padrões;   Acompanhar a Execução e análises preliminares de riscos;  Acompanhar o atendimento às diretrizes de SST e adotar instruções de cumprimento da legislação pertinente; Analisar as operações de forma integrada a fim de dar suporte na composição de indicadores de processos de SST; Verificar a efetiva aplicação dos requisitos dos sistemas de gestão de segurança;  Manter interface com as equipes operacionais com vistas à melhoria contínua da gestão de SST; Enviar e receber documentos físicos e eletrônicos para registro e acompanhamento de itens de segurança, bem como outros registros de SST; Elaborar e controlar planos de ação para recuperação de possíveis desvios de SST nas operações; Elaborar palestras e divulgar temas relacionados a SST compatíveis ao bom funcionamento da cadeia logística, utilizando ferramentas de informática tais como Word, Power Point, entre outros;  Propor melhorias nos processos de segurança operacional, com base na legislação em vigor;  Planejar o acompanhamento de ações de melhorias em segurança operacional de forma integrada entre as áreas; Controlar padrões e procedimentos, realizar verificação de conformidade e realizar divulgação interna e externa dos mesmos; Auxílio à execução das atividades necessárias ou facilitadoras das tarefas acima em conformidade com o perfil da equipe;  Fazer cumprir os requisitos apresentados no PCMSO e PPRA como: validade dos exames e laudos, fornecimento e auditoria em campo do uso correto de EPIs; Fazer as análises técnicas e coleta de dados para confecção de PPRA; Cumprir e se fazer cumprir normas, metas e controles de treinamentos estabelecidas pela empresa e pelo cliente em SST; Especificar e aprovar em conjunto com o cliente, todos os EPI’s a serem utilizados no Contrato; Repassar às frentes de trabalho o conteúdo do DDS (diálogo diário de segurança); Realizar rondas de auditoria no armazém e áreas externas.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoio Técnico à Gestão, analisando as condições de trabalho de forma a garantir à integridade dos colaboradores e segurança dos processos operacionais.

Elaboração de apresentações com uso de Power point, controles operacionais com planilha e Power Bi

Seguir o padrão corporativo na realização das reuniões mensais do comitê de segurança da operação;

Requisitos e qualificações

Formação comprovada em Segurança do Trabalho, com certificado expedido por instituição de ensino reconhecida pelo MEC e registro no TEM.
