O Técnico de Segurança do Trabalho II tem como missão executar atividades de segurança do trabalho em obras, unidades operacionais e na área administrativa, garantindo conformidade com normas internas, regulamentações legais e procedimentos corporativos, apoiando a prevenção de riscos, investigação de incidentes e implementação de medidas corretivas e preventivas.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar inspeções e auditorias em obras, unidades e locais de trabalho, verificando instalações, equipamentos e cumprimento de normas, orientando integrantes, registrando desvios e acompanhando planos de ação até a conclusão.Avaliar e controlar a documentação de segurança de empresas contratadas e subcontratadas, assegurando conformidade com normas legais e procedimentos internos.Distribuir EPIs e EPCs, registrar entregas, controlar estoques e verificar o uso adequado pelos integrantes.Investigar acidentes e incidentes da empresa e de contratadas/subcontratadas, registrando ocorrências, identificando causas, propondo medidas corretivas e preventivas e apoiando a emissão de CATs.Conduzir reuniões do Comitê de Segurança do Trabalho e realizar Diálogos de Segurança (DS) nas bases operacionais e com equipes terceirizadas, promovendo integração e prevenção contínua.Ministrar treinamentos de integração, capacitação de integrantes e orientações técnicas em atividades de risco, promovendo a disseminação da cultura de SSMA.Apoiar a CIPA e a realização da SIPAT, conduzindo treinamentos, campanhas de prevenção de acidentes e garantindo o cumprimento da NR-5 e a efetividade das ações.Operacionalizar o Plano de Preparação e Resposta a Emergências, realizando simulados, revisando cenários, inspecionando equipamentos de combate a incêndio e apoiando a renovação do Alvará do Corpo de Bombeiros.Apoiar ações de saúde ocupacional em parceria com a Medicina do Trabalho, integrando-as aos programas de segurança e alinhadas ao PCMSO.Participar de reuniões de alinhamento com setores relacionados à área de SST, garantindo integração das ações e comunicação efetiva.Dar apoio ao Engenheiro de Segurança na execução de atividades administrativas e operacionais da área, assegurando cumprimento de requisitos legais, elaboração de documentos técnicos e atendimento às demandas corporativas de SST.Consolidar informações de campo, registrar observações comportamentais e propor medidas preventivas para garantir a segurança do ambiente de trabalho.Zelar pela organização, limpeza e segurança da área de atuação, executando outras atividades correlatas de mesma natureza e complexidade.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCurso Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho;Registro ativo no MTE;Possuir CNH B;Disponibilidade para viagens, conforme necessidade da área;Conhecimento das ferramentas do Pacote Office;Conhecimento sólido nas normas regulamentadoras;Conhecimento em investigação de acidentes;Conhecimento em gestão de riscos.
