Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar inspeções periódicas no canteiro de obras, equipamentos, máquinas, ferramentas, andaimes, escavações, instalações elétricas e áreas de circulação; Emitir relatórios de inspeção com registro das não conformidades e acompanhar a implementação das ações corretivas; Acompanhar a implementação e o cumprimento das medidas preventivas previstas no Programa de Gerenciamento de Riscos (PGR); Garantir o atendimento aos requisitos da NR-18 e demais Normas Regulamentadoras aplicáveis; Controlar a eliminação ou mitigação dos riscos ocupacionais identificados; Fiscalizar o uso correto dos Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPI); Controlar a entrega, substituição e registro dos EPIs; Ministrar ou apoiar treinamentos de Segurança do Trabalho e Realizar Integração de novos colaboradores; Realizar Diálogos Diários de Segurança (DDS); Promover campanhas educativas de prevenção de acidentes; Acompanhamento e apoio a Gestão da CIPA; Realizar Investigação e análise de acidentes de trabalho, com elaboração de relatórios e proposta de medidas preventivas e corretivas Fiscalizar o cumprimento das normas de segurança pelas empresas contratadas (Terceirizadas); Promover a cultura de prevenção de acidentes.

Requisitos e qualificações Formação técnica em segurança do trabalho com registro ativo no MTE; Experiência comprovada na função; Vivência anterior em Obras de construção Civil será um diferencial; Pacote Office; Planejamento e gestão de prioridades.
