Se você se identifica com os requisitos e atividades, se inscreva e venha fazer parte do nosso time! Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais atividades: Gerenciar os indicadores e estatísticas mensais de Saúde e Segurança Ocupacional (SSO) da empresa e dos clientes.

Realizar inspeções de segurança nas áreas, identificando riscos e acompanhando a implementação das ações necessárias.

Atuar em interface com o SESMT dos clientes, participando de reuniões e alinhamentos de segurança.

Realizar o preenchimento e acompanhamento de CAT, conforme autorização do médico do trabalho, analisando as causas dos acidentes, comunicando a liderança e providenciando as ações necessárias.

Preencher e liberar o Perfil Profissiográfico Previdenciário (PPP).

Acompanhar auditorias internas, da empresa e dos clientes.

Elaborar Análises Preliminares de Risco (APR) e Permissões de Trabalho Seguro, conforme as normas da empresa e dos clientes.

Realizar testes, avaliações e desenvolvimento de EPIs junto aos fornecedores, conforme as necessidades identificadas.

Controlar a entrega e o registro de EPIs nas fichas individuais, bem como propor e desenvolver novos equipamentos de proteção quando necessário.

Controlar e manter atualizados os documentos legais e de SSO dos contratos, incluindo PGR, PCMSO, LTCAT, Laudo de Periculosidade e demais documentos aplicáveis.

Garantir a organização, digitalização e atualização dos documentos de segurança gerados nos contratos na rede corporativa.

Controlar e atualizar as carteirinhas de atividades especiais dos colaboradores.

Garantir a aplicação do Manual de SSO e a gestão de Saúde e Segurança Ocupacional dos contratos, conforme as diretrizes da empresa e dos clientes.

Planejar e acompanhar campanhas de prevenção e conscientização de segurança da empresa e dos clientes.

Elaborar temas para o DSS (Diálogo Semanal de Segurança) e encaminhá-los semanalmente aos líderes dos contratos da Service.

Reportar periodicamente à coordenação de SSO da matriz as atividades realizadas e os indicadores de segurança.

Zelar pela organização e limpeza das áreas, aplicando os princípios de Housekeeping.

Prestar suporte à área corporativa de Segurança do Trabalho sempre que solicitado.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos: Formação:

Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho completo.

Registro profissional ativo, conforme legislação vigente.

Conhecimentos Técnicos:

Conhecimento das normas regulamentadoras (NRs) e legislação de Saúde e Segurança Ocupacional.

Conhecimento em elaboração de APR, Permissão de Trabalho, DSS e inspeções de segurança.

Experiência com gestão e controle de EPIs e documentos legais de SSO.

Conhecimento em investigação e análise de acidentes de trabalho e preenchimento de CAT.

Conhecimento em documentos como PGR, PCMSO, LTCAT e Laudo de Periculosidade.

Conhecimento em acompanhamento de auditorias e atendimento aos requisitos de segurança de clientes.

Conhecimento em indicadores e estatísticas de Segurança do Trabalho.

Diferenciais:

Experiência em contratos de prestação de serviços ou ambientes industriais.

Experiência com atendimento a clientes e interface com SESMT.

Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão de SSO.

Experiência com auditorias e certificações de segurança.
