Atuar tecnicamente na Casa dos Ventos, garantindo a aplicação eficiente das diretrizes e políticas de SSO definidas pela Coordenação e Gerência. Atuar como elo direto entre a operação em campo e a coordenação de SSO, assegurando a excelência na execução das atividades, o fortalecimento da cultura de segurança e a conformidade com as normas legais e internas.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar tecnicamente a equipe de operação nas rotinas de segurança.Participar e, quando necessário, conduzir reuniões com empresas contratadas, reforçando os requisitos de segurança da Casa dos Ventos.Apoiar o Coordenador no planejamento e execução de treinamentos e capacitações técnicas e comportamentais.Atuar como multiplicador das boas práticas de segurança e dos procedimentos operacionais.Apoiar na atualização dos planos de segurança, planos de emergência e protocolos de resposta a incidentes.Auxiliar na coleta, consolidação e reporte de dados de segurança e indicadores de performance.Apoiar o coordenador nas investigações de incidentes, contribuindo com análise técnica e validação de causas raízes.Monitorar a implementação dos planos de ação corretivos e preventivos definidos após incidentes.Ministrar o DDS e realizar integrações.Atuar no atendimento de Conformidades Legais do parque.Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Técnico completo em Saúde e Segurança Ocupacional (SSO);Conhecimento das Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs) e demais normas técnicas aplicáveis à área;Conhecimento em investigação e análise de incidentes, utilizando ferramentas como Árvore de Causas, 5 Porquês e Diagrama de Ishikawa;Conhecimento do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel, Word e PowerPoint;Habilidade na interpretação de normas técnicas e elaboração de relatórios;Conhecimento em processos e sistemas de gestão de Saúde e Segurança Ocupacional (SSO).Diferencial: Experiência com Sistemas de Gestão de SSO;Conhecimento em indicadores e ferramentas de gestão de Saúde e Segurança;Experiência com elaboração e acompanhamento de planos de ação relacionados à segurança.
