Caso não tenha encontrado nenhuma vaga dentro do seu perfil, compartilhe as suas informações e currículos no nosso banco de talentos sinalizando suas áreas de interesse.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar inspeções de segurança periódicas nos canteiros de obras, identificando riscos e propondo ações corretivas e preventivas;Garantir o cumprimento das normas regulamentadoras (NRs) e demais legislações aplicáveis à construção civil;Acompanhar e orientar atividades críticas, como trabalhos em altura, escavações, movimentação de cargas, acesso por cordas, entre outros;Elaborar e atualizar documentos obrigatórios, como PPRA/PGR, LTCAT, APRs, permissões de trabalho e relatórios de inspeção;Ministrar treinamentos obrigatórios e de integração de novos colaboradores, reforçando práticas seguras;Monitorar o uso correto de EPIs e EPCs, controlando entregas, checklists e conformidade no campo;Participar de reuniões de obra, contribuindo com análises de risco e orientações técnicas sobre segurança;Investigar acidentes e incidentes, registrando análises, causas e planos de ação;Acompanhar empresas terceirizadas para garantir alinhamento às normas e procedimentos internos;Apoiar o desenvolvimento e implementação de campanhas e programas de conscientização de segurança.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação completa como Técnico de Segurança do Trabalho com registro ativo no MTE;Experiência prévia em obras;Conhecimento sólido das NRs, especialmente NR-5, NR-6, NR-9, NR-10, NR-12, NR-18 e NR-35;Habilidade para conduzir treinamentos e diálogo de segurança (DDS);Boa comunicação, senso de responsabilidade e postura proativa no campo.Informações adicionaisModelo de Contratação: CLT 🧡 SaúdeAssistência MédicaAssistência Odontológica (opcional)Seguro de VidaConexa Saúde: atendimento psicológico online (disponível conforme adesão ao plano TotalPass)🍽️ AlimentaçãoRefeição servida na obra🏋️ Qualidade de vida e bem-estarTotalPass (opcional)🎁 Nossos diferenciaisKit de boas-vindas para tornar o seu primeiro dia ainda mais especial📈 E mais...Vale TransportePLR (de acordo com a metas pré-estabelecidas)Programa de incentivo a estudos, conforme políticas internas
