Queremos criar o sentimento de lealdadefamiliar típico da ALPLA em todo o mundo.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesParticipar da Elaboração da Política do Sistema de Gestão Integrado;Efetuar o levantamento dos perigos, aspectos e riscos/impactos;Definir e acompanhar os indicadores de desempenho do sistema;Gerir os documentos do SGI, elaborar procedimentos, APR – Análise Preliminar de Risco e outros controles necessários à minimização dos riscos e impactos;Realizar inspeções periódicas de campo, aplicando as ferramentas como check list, lista de verificação etc.;Identificar, planejar e executar ações para atender os requisitos legais aplicáveis como NR – Normas regulamentadoras do MTE - Ministério do Trabalho e Emprego etc. ;Ministrar Treinamentos e desenvolver ações educativas para força de trabalho;Realizar e acompanhar auditorias no SGI ou Fiscalizações dos órgãos competentes como MTE;Efetuar CAT – Comunicação de Acidente de Trabalho;Analisar e investigar as causas de Acidentes;Responder pela gestão de EPI – Equipamento de Proteção Individual (critério para aquisição, entrega e monitoramento da utilização correta);Apoiar a gestão das informações de Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho destinadas ao eSocial, garantindo a qualidade, consistência e rastreabilidade dos dados de SST.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho;Desejável Superior completo em Engenharia, Meio Ambiente, ou áreas afinsDesejável Inglês intermediário.Bons conhecimentos no Pacote Office.Desejável vivência em indústria de alimentos.
